Quick access: 2 pages per printed sheet

Hello

Can't seem to get my head around it.

I have a landscape (a5) and I would like to print 2 pages per sheet so that it becomes a4.

without changing the size of the document to a4.

quick response is much appreciated.

You can place the pages, as proposed by Stix, or use my method. To get a booklet imposed, you do NOT want to start on an even page number (typo in my first post should have said 'note' no 'no'), but always use the turn for all of the pasta spread, then use the booklet printed to impose.

How can I print sheet of 4 pages on the front and 4 on the back in an A4 page with number correct printing? I have try all the technique please guide me. My version of Adobe Reader is XI.

    Hi amitgoda,

You can use the 'Multiple' option in the print dialog box, and then select the number under "Pages per sheet" to print several pages on a single sheet. See the screenshot for same below:

For printing on front and back of the sheet, you can print on both sides of the sheet, if your printer has duplex (two-sided) printing feature. This option is controlled by the printer driver, not the Adobe Acrobat or Reader. Please check the documentation of your printer for what are the features it supports.

For your information: double-sided printing is also called duplexing, back to back, front and back or two-sided.

Let us know if you need help.

  • Print-to-pdf multiple pages per sheet

How can I get pdf print multiple pages per sheet? I have a pdf file. I know how to print multiple pages per sheet, but rather than feel, I want to generate a new pdf file that shows several pages of the original file with all the pages of the new file.

Here's how I tried to go about it.

    File > print... > multiples > Pages per sheet: 2 by 2 > printer... > PDF > save as PDF... > register

This procedure ends with the following message: "saving a PDF file printing not is not supported. "Instead, choose file > save."

However, there are not many pages per sheet option on the file > save as... dialogue.

    System details:

    * Acrobat XI 11.0.11

    * OS X Yosemite 10.10.4

Sorry, I assumed that you had drive since you posted in the forum reader... (I'll move your thread on the forums of Acrobat)

The Adobe PDF printer is not (more) on Mac computers available, so you can't print to a PDF file.

It is possible to create a version n-pages of a PDF document using a script, however.

  • Print multiple pages per sheet with 'Adobe PDF' printer

    Hello

at my University, I got the PowerPoint-leaves as a PDF document, where the leaves are in format landscape. Now, I want to print them. I want to print two of these pages in landscape on a sheet in portrait format.

Because I couldn't find any other way to do it, I chose 'Adobe PDF' printer and in "management" - options "Multiple pages per sheet" Page The result is correct, what I want, but there's a big problem:

Some characters are replaced with a white box with black border. Like this, it is impossible to read the content. I added a screenshot for better understanding.

I printed as picture, but it doesn't look good because it is very grainy.

Do you have suggestions for solutions? Thank you very much!

    I use Acrobat Pro X (10.1.1) on a Win 7 Professional system.

    Greetings

  • double-sided, two pages per sheet printing.  Finally, there are two pages side to the bottom.

I would like to print double-sided with two pages per side in order to return to the page (as if it was required on the left side of paper).  This means that orientation is the same on both sides of the paper.

power out put, is that the back of the page's side to the bottom.  (as if I wanted to just staple the documents on the upper left)

Is this possible without going into PDF documents and manually turning every 3rd and 4th page?

(I have a Brother HL-2270DW with the lit duplex.  I have the latest version of the driver.   OSX 10.11.1)

You may need to change the printer to "Long Edge binding" setting to "short edge binding." My printer Brother (different) this setting is on under page setup in the print dialog box.

  • Want 5530: Press multiple pages per sheet

Hello. At the present time, I haver not a PC so i use my iPad to support my docs. I would like to know how I can support on multiple Pages per sheet... You know some app or how to do this?

Thank you very much, I need help, because it is very important!

    Hey @Diogomaia,

Welcome to the Forums of HP Support!

I see that you have some problems with printing multiple pages per sheet when you print from your iPad. It is not possible to do using Apple, be built into the HP ePrint app or Airprint.

That said, if you are able to change what you print so that it appears to have several pages before printing, then you can be able to work around the limitations of the iPad in this way.

Please let me know if this resolves your problems or if you have any other questions. If not, have a great week!

If you appreciate my help, please let know by clicking on the icon below my post thumbs up.

  • Pdf creation from Word 2007 with the layout, the 'Landscape' Orientation and document Pages, 'two pages per sheet.

I am trying to create a PDF from a Word 2007 document with the layout, the 'Landscape' Orientation and Pages, 'two pages per sheet.  The document was created in Word 2003.  The entire document is four "pages" long, but each of these "pages" is half of an 8 1/2 x 11.  So it's really a pages document two and prints on only two sheets of letter size paper.

Acrobat does not seem to 'see' this document is set up to have two pages per sheet, is it really just a two-page document.  He created a four-page pdf file.

It arrived not with Word 2003.  The pdf file created from this version is an exact copy of the document word - two pages.

    Any ideas?

  • impressions of psc 720 HP double/Ghost with multiple pages per sheet

    Hi all

    I have the following configuration:

HP psc 720 (connected via USB)

    Windows Vista SP2

    with the following parameters:

-two (or more) pages per sheet (via the standard Vista Properties dialog box)

    -'Normal' quality mode

-Black and white (I never bothered to buy a new color cartridge when one missed;) (P)

    I have the following problem:

Everything is doubled, with the same intensity of 'black', about 1 mm, horizontally (see photo)

As I print 2 pages per sheet, this horizontal dubbing appears as double vertical text in the image

When printing in "Best" mode or 1 page per sheet mode, printing is wonderfully clear.

    I already have:

    Tried oiling the flybar

Run a cartridge by aligning the routine (or what we call the thing where it printed a series of black bars, broken and unbroken)

Community, powerful. My questions are the following:

Is this repeatable on someone elses setup? Anyone seen this before? I could try to fix?

    Thank you very much

    Rob

    Yay!

For cleaning of the band, you can try damp distilled water on a rag.  Remember to hold the band in one hand and wipe gently with each other away from the hand holding the tape.

"How to clean the MICR band" on google seems to give a fairly good description.  It is not officially sanctioned, of course.

In addition, if you would be so kind, please check the item "resolved."  I don't actually get anything for it except warm fuzzies, and the solved button is especially warming and fuzzifying.

    Best regards, CF

  • Print multiple pages on one sheet

I use Adobe Reader and you want to print two copies of the same document on the same sheet. It does not allow me to do that no matter the settings, I put in the print dialog box or the printer driver. I said "up to 2" and the paper size is 18 x 12, the document itself is 8.5 x 11, so there should be plenty of room. Can someone point me in the right direction?

    Thank you

    Mark

According to my understanding of your problem, you have a PDF of a page, and you need to print 100 copies of the same page by page, scaling of multiple Pages per sheet.

If this is the problem then cannot this using a combination of Copies and multiple Pages per sheet function.

  • cost per page to print on HP all in a 3300

Does anyone know how much it costs per page to print in B & W and color on a HP inkjet all a 3300?

    Thank you!

Hi - I couldn't find specific numbers, but if you look at the HP and the Home Office Store, it shows 660 pages for a $19.99 cartridge black which is about $.03 / page.  Unfortunately, the color depends on what colours your impression and the percentage of the page subject, I couldn't find anything.

    Hope that helps.

  • How to get the Pages to print postcards correspondence without borders/maps?

I have Pages 5.6.2 and I'm unable to print postcards correspondence without borders/cards. I have the margins are set to 0 and each adjustment in the format I can think.  What I'm missing!  Is there a simple fix or is this not possible?  (I was able to do this in Publisher before moving on to my Macbook Pro - so I know this isn't my printer).  I'm extremely frustrated - thanks for your help.

Did you install the latest printer driver for your printer and selected in your printer dialog?

Postcards and cards being generally smaller than the usual printed sheet, they are usually implemented in multiple on a page, so what you print on and how they are arranged on the page?

  • How can I create my own template pages, to print a 4-page newsletter on both sides of the tabloid-size paper?

How can I create my own template pages, to print a 4-page newsletter, using both sides of the tabloid-size paper?

The finished newsletter should be a folded booklet: a piece of 11 x 17 paper folded to form a 8.5x11 "booklet". This clearly means pages 1 and 4 should be printed on one side of the tabloid sheet and pages 2 & 3 on the other.

I can't find such a model in the Pages.

There is no such a model, so you'll have to make your own, using a spread on presentation of your newsletter.

Use shapes, images and text boxes to position available for your model.

You didn't say what version of Pages that you are using but if it's Pages 5.x, it has no text boxes related so this will make it difficult and it's going to be a lot of manual work.
