  So I turn the WMI service, but that there are other mistakes after the full boot (tosipcsrv.exe close).

  Is there another type of solution, except turn the WMI service?

  I had the same problem with my Satellite 1900. The result was the HARD drive damaged (bad sectors). I tried to fix it with different tools, but without success. The best solution is to swap the HARD drive.

  The problem is that when I use the modem (dialup) software from toshiba to connect to internet... the connection is very very slow... While on the same line, on my desk speed isn't a problem... on average, I get 1/4th of the speed I get on my desk... and on the same telephone line...

  Sinus a few days that I have too many Satellite P500. I must say that it s a very big book, I love it. The screen is really good and big and in my opinion the best option for games, videos and other multimedia stuff. In addition it s equipped of the fast processor and a graphics card, ideal for playing games.

  All my games work well so I put t know what has happened to you. Make sure that the eco mode isn't active, this will slow down the performance.
  Also make sure that the most recent display Toshiba driver is installed and the latest version of Microsoft DirectX.

  I don't have this model of laptop and cannot confirm what you wrote, but the fact is that almost all new laptops are pretty slow at the beginning. Many applications is set to start with Windows and that, of course, slows down startup time.
  Windows updates can also be programmed to automatic in the background the machine will download and install several updates, so this will slow down your machine quickly.

  In my opinion, you must install original OS that you got with this machine and optimize a bit.
  Remove all the unnecessary stuff, change the startup option and disable the automatic updates of Windows.
  In the past I noticed that original preinstalled antivirus is also responsible for the performance of laptop computer s so I do not use original application preinstalled but my own version of Avir Antivir and it works perfectly.

  Thanks for the responses... but I made my way... because the laptop crashed under warranty... I took it to where I bought it; only to be informed within 3 weeks... (Acer products are so rude?) While it was cheaper to clean HD 100% clean, knock out the boot sectors (copies saved before, even if it is on the motherboard) and reinstall windows 10 without attachments of ACER and all other patter and the absurd cortana, the Add-ons that don't work on multilingual machines. It took a full day, but the result is back to basics, a much faster machine; and child's play to use. I can recommend to other budget users, if known best from the sytem complex, to remove all that start programs are not necessary, but beware the Windows 10 programmers have deceived by the bits from other programs such as office for the program Win 10-cleaning function.
