Realtek RTL8151GH-CG bluetooth?

I recently bought a HP Pavilion 500-319na and the wireless card is a Realtek RTL8151GH-CG, im wondering does this support bluetooth and I need extra parts to make it work? Thanks for any advice in advance.

Hello:

Here is the link to the product for your model.

http://support.HP.com/us-en/document/c04343438

According to the specifications, it comes with an Atheros wireless card single band (2.4 GHz only).  No bluetooth built-in.

I bought this external BT USB model for my HP 8200 Elite CMT and it works very well for me.

  • HP Envy 700-327c: Realtek RTL8151GH-CG

So I just got this office of second hand without a hard drive so I put a new in reloaded windows with the cd key on the side of the tower and when I booted the system up, I noticed six devices without drivers.

    List

    Blutooth controller

    Ethernet controller

    Network controller

    PCI Simple Communications controller

    SM Bus controller

    (USB) Universal Serial Bus controller

All listed so I jumped on the HP site and load the drivers from the website well is when things went from bad to worse. I managed to get everything except the SM Buss and PCI Simple communication drivers on the hp site I was able to find the rest of them without too much trouble and had all this work.

Then, I hit windows update and just a flood of errors which none come into play THAT AFTER I installed the drivers. I even went to the length of the purchase of a NEW copy of windows 7 just to play it safe because I didn't know the State of the series on the side of the case and even if he says he's active, I realized that the devil may be that is the question.

I ran SFC he didn't found any problems with the installation I used a number of tools from microsoft to attempt to repair that I managed to go up to SP1 before my update of windows would just stroll on the updates. Yet once, I guess it's the drivers because none of this started after I installed the drivers. Anyone has any ideas on this one?

Finally solved the problem after installing SP1, I just let it check the updates at night and this morning about 10 hours later he finds updates and worked without problem.

  • HP 15 laptop: update Windows 10 fall/TH2 deleted Realtek driver bluetooth... no idea what to do?

    Hello

After updating Windows 10 with the release of the fall/TH2, I get the message at startup which "Realtek driver for bluetooth has been removed because it is not compatible" or words to that effect. Clicking the notification takes you to a page of MS saying that this app is not compatible. Device Manager still showed a card Realtek Bluetooth 4.0, but only this point and says that it works but bluetooth does not work. When the pc is searching for bluetooth devices it find a little but now my phone. The driver version is 1.3.875.3. He never successfully connected anyway, strange with a phone of Lumia and windows OS, however it would allow you to manually request a file transfer. Now it no longer works. Realtek page does not seem to have any driver bluetooth downloads, HP support assistant finds no new software update driver/bluetooth and I don't see not all the drivers on the HP Web site either, so I'm stuck. Any help appreciated.

Problem seems to have been resolved since Windows 10 update KB3118754. Phone won't always sync but the error message about the Realtek driver/app bluettoth ceased to appear and I can now transfer files but using the manual method "receiving files."

-If your laptop is equipped with an INTEL WLAN with Bluetooth card, you need not download any driver filter

    Hello

The point is that you have installed the BT tools and software in disorder

To get the BT working, you need to first install the Realtek Wireless LAN Driver then the
Driver Realtek Bluetooth package filter then battery Toshiba BT
The reason is that mobile use a WLan / BT combo card.

The application of the monitor BT transforms the Bluetooth module power in conjunction with the Bluetooth stack.
If its not really necessary get the BT working.

  • Do not install Toshiba Bluetooth stack

I installed the filter realtek and atheros bluetooth driver package, but when I try to install Toshiba Bluetooth Stack, the installation went to 99%, then the installing bluetooth driver window appears and remains at 25% forever. To get out of this situation, I click Cancel tot the driver installation window. Installation of the battery then said I have to restart my computer for the changes to take effect. The pilots and the battery are all ok - toshiba support site, 64-bit, for my laptop.

I tried to install the bluetooth stack with just atheros driver mounted, with only realtek deriver, and with no prior bluetooth driver install. The behavior is the same. In the Device Manager a generic MS driver instaled. I tried to uninstall the generic driver and installing the atheros realtek or stack (on sepparate attempt of course). MS default driver is still installed instead of the specified driver. And, of course, with the battery, I get the error mentioned above, with no instalation driver successful. I tried to update the driver from the Device Manager, not through windows update, and pointing to the folder with the desired drivers, nothing works. The default MS driver is installed.

The problem I want to address is that even though I have bluetooth in the system tray icon, and I can select different options, (do not know if it is functional, as I have no Bluetooth device), is that when I want to use something from the software of bluetooth in the start menu, all programs bluetooth go in install bluetooth driver. So if I double-click Bluetooth settings, the windows account control screen appears. I click on accept, and toshiba begins to install the same driver, as shown above, with the same result - eternal timing.

  • Laptop HP 15-f111dx: 10 windows clean install

My laptop came originally with 8.1 Windows preinstalled (purchased in 2014). Last year, I did the free update for Windows 10. I also did the original OS HP Recovery disks for the supplied Win 8.1 system with my laptop, and I did the 10 Windows upgrade USB recovery.

My question: I plan to do a Windows 10 'clean install' because I don't think I necessarily need ALL the pre-installed software HP initially installed on my computer, which of course remained after I did the upgrade to win 10. However, my question is if I do a clean install, I'm aware that NONE of the software original HP and drivers (including the HP Support Assistant who helps with updates software/driver) would be installed.

I have concerns not to get the updated drivers if I did a clean install.  I assume that there is no possible way to later install SOME of the software that came with my original installation, as the DVD burning software (CyberLink), Foxit Phantom PDF program, etc.

Can someone shed some light on this topic, especially if you did a clean install of win 10? Thank you.

    Hey there @jrobbie82.

    Hi all

bought a new satellite Pro C850-1MX (PSCBZE 00M009GR) in December 2013. System works virtually unchanged to the State of delivery. Yet installed OpenOffice and Firefox, AdobeReader in most actual versions. And a updated driver for AMD GPUS to the latest version. No other changes made.

Now I tried to upgrade to 8.1 via Windows-App-Store Windows. Download was made, run, reboot, installation of changes, preparation of devices--> restart, rollback to 8.0 with 0xC1900101 - 0 x 30018 error code upgrade.

    Searched internet solutions: Toshiba ISC

-(Lien: [http://www.toshiba.de/innovation/generic/windows8_1-upgrade-stepbystep/]): uninstall some components: esp. LAN/WLAN-driver.

Hmmm... If I do I can't access to Windows App-Store to re-run the upgrade because I have no connection to the network. Stupid...

This error message appears because of some incompatible drivers and tools that are already pre-installed on Windows 8.

This problem has been reported several times here in the forum and has been resolved as indicated by user harrie_1 on January 12, 2014
    Look in this thread: http://forums.computers.toshiba-europe.com/forums/thread.jspa?threadID=74631

+ What is important to remove the internet connection. +
+ Only use to download 8.1 and then disconnect (also the Lan cable) +.
+ After Win start 8.1 for the first time do not connect to the internet. +

+ On another pc download first for 8.1 audio, realtek wlan and bluetooth drivers and driver display. +
+ Install and reboot after that when system is stable, you can connect to the internet and download the updates of windows. +
