  The HP Wireless Assistant software is not applicable to your model.

  Your model uses the HP Connection Manager software, which replaces the HP Wireless Assistant software used on older models.

  The key is that if you had the bluetooth radio is the Manager connection and reinstalled the operating system software, you must reinstall the software of connection manager in order to turn on the bluetooth radio.

  It would also apply to the wireless card if that was extinguished by the connection manager software until the operating system has been reinstalled.
