  The button refresh is usually in the address bar if you use the default theme. It looks like a partial circle with an arrow at the end. You should take a look at the Base article controls customize Firefox, buttons, and toolbars. It includes pictures and will be able to show the location of better than I can explain it.

  It depends on how you

  1. Choose the Mode "full screen" or
  2. unchecked toolbars

  The F11 key activates / turns off Mode full screen or not. Full screen, you have no toolbars, no tab and no bar Add on (bottom).

  The return would be inserted somewhere in the DOM of your page. So, regardless of the call ajax returns, must be added to a zone. Use jQuery for this. See this example:

The problem is that when I opened the page for the first time, if I change the select order_id list, nothing happens.
