  Dear all,

  I have a requirement as below

  I have a custom page of OAF I need call from a menu in the form of oracle, so I sm able to invoke the page in the menu but I need to move a form parameter to a page ofa form personlization, I am able to get the same thing, but my parameter contains date with time stamp, so when iam passing only day It works very well but with dtamp time it gives error like URL invalid because of some special character. So I found some links only when there is a space between the date and the time dtamp it gives question so please help me how I can handle this I need to get the date with timestamp in my page.

  The thing is, I don't have an instance of EBS in my computer. Can I simply create a connection to the Oracle database and work with it?

  You need to have access to the database of the instance eBusiness. Just have an oracle database is not good enough.

  It depends on what customization you want to do. That all are involved in it.

  Worst case, if they do not want to give access, and you want to develop your Jdeveloper pages, you must create dummy tables in your database and use it to develop.

  But in this case, you will not be able to test. You can develop just, you must deploy it to the server to test.

  Better way to access and set it up in your computer/laptop.

  XMLImporter works for the pages developed using JDeveloper also, so I did not understand your point.

  DBA can set the password for APPS in a unix environment (I'm sure it would be already) that are visible and accessible only for the user to super/appl. In your script, access the variable directly ($VARIABLE NAME) while XMLImport.

  In fact I am j2ee world have no idea of the MS world :)! in any case, I just google the session object in ASP, I arrived knew this session in ASP and jsp object are managed in different ways, the two make their own session cookies, so if you move a page jsp in an ASP, the asp session object will have its own cookie and it won't read values of jsp.
  OK, the workaround for this road is the string query or URL parameters, you can pass your OAF page parameters in url such as
  'http://xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx.asp?PARAM1=VALUE1' and retrieve these values in the ASP page.

• I have problems with gmail with firefox. Refreshing page is slow; Drag and drop files in email sometimes do not work.

  My problem is mainly associated with gmail. When I click on return to the Inbox after reading a mail, it takes a good few seconds while in the past, it was always instant.

  My other problem is drag them / move the files as an attachment in gmail. Sometimes it won't work and I have to use the manual icon attaches trombone. However, if I restart firefox and re - connect to gmail, it will work again.

  I also noticed that when you drag an image in the mail window, it will not become an attachment, but it will appear instead. Is there a way where I can choose to have inserted images as attachments rather than displayed in the mail?

  Thanks for your advice. I'm not sure what will happen if I change my profile. I'm afraid I'll be somebody else for those who know me.

  So I decided to try the second option on the plugin check. After I clicked on the link the message says that my version of firefox is not the last. I've updated it and so far I don't have drag and drop the problem but we will give it some time and see. This problem does not occur all the time but it happened a few times, so I guess I should try it for a while.

  Currently, I have only a podcast upward on my diet. But when you click on the iTunes link it shows a bunch of other files that I had deleted.

  What could happen? It displays correctly when you subscribed, but not on this link.

  Never mind. I guess it just took some time to refresh. I think that changing the cover photo helped iTunes detects it.

  I think I should just see the ampersand symbol. That I can type in email or even now &.

  The reset Firefox feature can solve a lot of problems in restaurant Firefox to its factory default condition while saving your vital information.
  
  Note: This will make you lose all the Extensions and preferences.

  To reset Firefox, perform the following steps:

  For Firefox versions prior to 29,0:

  1. Go to Firefox > help > troubleshooting information.
  2. Click on the "Reset Firefox" line

  3. Firefox will close and reset. After Firefox is finished, it will display a window with the imported information. Click Finish.
  4. Firefox opens with all the default settings applied.

  For Firefox 29,0 and above:

  1. Click the menu button

     and select troubleshooting information. Now, should open a new tab containing your troubleshooting information.

  2. At the top right of the page, you should see a button that says "Reset Firefox"

  I use FF for years, but now it is starting to disappoint me! I adapted my FF and added some scratches here and there, and normally, everything else as I want/set but... until a few days... every time I restart FF it replaces some scratches left to right and vice versa! Very annoying!

  Another problem is that my "home/arrow page (rear) / refresh" buttons have become so ugly and small and no I don't thick 'buttons' in the options.

  I don't really know what is the problem, but now it is starting to be very boring!

  Here's a printscreen BEFORE FF it's ruin: look how beautiful the buttons are and other things!

  And here are FF ugly with ugly buttons and in the good uppercorner strips left the adblockplus should be on the right, but it is replaced by its me after that I restarted FF each time!

  What could be the problem?

  I worked through my portfolio of Prosite Adobe portfolio. It seemed to work fine at first.

  However, in the last few days I started to see this alert at the top of the page in edit mode. Refresh does not seem to solve the problem and alert reappears.

  

  I think it has something to do with Typekit. It seems that the Portfolio does not accept any of my changes when you use Typeset fonts.

  I work with a subscription Cloud full creative and Safari 9.0.3.

• Browser does not refresh page after validation!

  Hello all, I use JDeveloper 11.1.2.3.0

  I have a big problem here. I create a simple page and insert a form, a createInsert button and a button of validation , for example. I run this page and all is well. I create a new record, fill in the form, and then validate. Right now if I press F5 to reload the page, the browser asks me confirmation "to view this page, Firefox must send information that will repeat any action (for example, a search or order confirmation) that was carried out earlier." I do not understand why he should repeat any action, I checked for Sales transactions after the validation operation and transactions are clean. If I leave this page to another and back to the first it works fine, F5 refreshes without problem.

  If I have a table with multiple lines and that I have updated first line for example and then click on the third line and then perform a refresh (Confirm on above message), the third row will get the all the information of the first line...

  Does anyone know how to fix this?

  OK I found the real problem and the solution to it. As I said the reopening of the page brings no problem, but only to hit F5 don't. My buttons 'submit' and 'committed' a 'partialSubmit = false' who must perform a total of pages submitted in this case. Apparently this is not "detected" by the browser when you press F5, although the presentation is made. Change "partialSubmit = true' the buttons did the trick." Tung

• Refreshing dynamic region problem

  I am facing problems refreshing the dynamic region. Here's the usecase:

  JSPX page: TestDynamicTaskflow.jspx

  First Taskflow: LinksTF--> has a page with 3 buttons control and a dynamic region.

  Then click on the 1st and second command button link tf-1 must be displayed and for the third command button tf2.

  Second Taskflow: tf - 1-> Taskflow has a page with an inputText field jsff (required = true)

  Third taskflow: tf - 2-> Taskflow has a page with an inputText field jsff (required = true)

  Problem: Click on the 1 button and tf1 is responsible. Now, enter a value for the inputText and click commandButton2... tf-1 is loaded but inputText retains the entered value... What is question.

  the workflow is reloaded you should be able to tell when a print message set must be called in the initializer of workflow. I guess the problem is with the text component not reset its value. So it's a problem of lifecycle JSF, not a matter of the region. The command link pass the workflow, licensing

• Firefox stop loading pages; the problem is solved simply by restarting the browser

  Seemingly random situations, Mozilla Firefox 42.0 on Windows 10 stops any type of loading page. Caution endlessly, any address spinning loading icon is tapped. This problem is solved only when I restart the browser (just by closing and opening this new patches).

  Is there a reason for that to happen?

  I'm sorry that it took me so long to revisit this issue.

  It seems that the pain I was experiencing was caused by one of the two addons: roomy Bookmarks Toolbar and (BookmarksBar) hide (or) Show - Hide Bookmarks Toolbar (can't remember who it is because I have already deleted them).

  It seems that one of them, or a combination of these addons caused problems of the no-load. Given that I removed these addons, it disappeared completely.
