There is no such thing as "renditions" more. Use instead the two top-level collections to structure your content as you like for phones and tablets. Put everything you want to have see on the title of the collection of top-level phones phones, and everything you want to have see on shelves in the shelves of top-level collection.
You can mix and match things in two top level collections. For example, if you have a collection of articles designed for phones, but you don't mind it appeared on shelves too, just put this same collection somewhere under the shelf high level collection and it will appear on shelves. If you want to have completely separate versions of the articles on the two aircraft types, make two games completely different collections contain these articles and put them under the TLC Tablet and phone TLC respectively.

This just happened to me today, the person said in English that they were from Microsoft Windows to D.C. and I got the 2 refunds coming, one for 49.99 and one for 300.00. When you press on for more information, that they finally gave up. They wanted me to turn on my computer, so they could process this information. I never contacted Microsoft for anything, ever. Sounds like a scam to me.
