• Price of education for CC - it's working after buying another app?

  I'm a film student in need of some clarification on the pricing.

  So, I understand that the educational price for the CC Adobe to 19.99 per month is only for a year. And also that first single pro can be purchased at 29.99 monthly.

  My question is - can I get annual for CC price reduction after I use first only for a month or two? The reason is that I don't know if I would have computers for my classes once the semester begins, but I want to get used to the first before term starts. I don't want to engage in the annual plan so I get two months of first for $ 60, but I was wondering if I can get the promotional pricing for a year once I'm done with it.

  As much as I know (I don't work for Adobe) once you cancel your monthly subscription, then you can use your education eligibility to purchase a new subscription

  I'm in a British University (not of the United Kingdom, I am from Barbados in the Caribbean) but I would like to buy a macbook air using Apple education rates ' S AMERICAN site. Is this something that I can do or because I am enrolled in a British University, I buy on the UK site (we use mainly American products to Barbados).

  To get an educational price Lightroom for a homeschooler, must be in the name of the teacher or the student?  I am aware of the eligibility requirements but do not know if it is allowed to be registered in the name of another Member of the family.

  Adobe could not get the rate of monthly subscription for my creative education cloud subscription. I received an email saying that my account has changed to a free adobe membership. I checked my credit card, and yes there is a problem in my credit card. I tried to add abother map of imformation front page for the past 10 days, but he did not accept my credit card which I am currently using without any problem. Now, I have just 1 days to use my apps. Today I received a new credit card and want to try it, but this time I don't see the map information page. When I try to open the page to add the new credit card, the page is just blank. It is simply to display the page header and footer. So I can't reach for planning information page. I don't know if it's the attack to adobe.com servers, but I need to renew my membership. I contacted live chat, but they do not help me. They're just trying to transfer me to another Department, but they do, that the connection went every time. Someone has to help me abput that. I tried to contact the adobe Turkey, but he is very busy, so I can't reach in support of the team.

  I do not know the price of education. We had it for most of the products in the past. I can't really talk to anything that isn't public yet however, since the product has not been released. We have this FAQ with information that may be useful.

  For galleries online, I heard not a product that allows you to password protect their. Adobe Revel allows you to upload images to the Clould and share with five other people. Its only available to Mac users currently (desktop Mac w / Lion, iPhone and iPad), but will be finally available for Windows. They have a free trial of 30 days of Adobe Revel if it sounds like something you'd be interested.

  The price monthly introduction (with an annual commitment) for education can save 60% off the price for the first year. After the first year renew us your contract automatically for another year on the standard monthly price then in effect (which is still a discount on the regular rate, not educational) unless you cancel.

  It comes to cancellation and start a new account, but my AdobeID remains the same. ! CreativeCloud Typekit just removed all of my fonts. Is there a way to get the re - install?

  I'm sorry that you trouble with that.  There are a few reasons why your account may have been downgraded:

  -Creative Cloud is also available through several educational licensing programs, of which some include a Typekit portfolio plan and which some free plan Typekit.

  -It is also possible there was a delay in the update of your creative cloud subscription information when you had plans that would also cause your Typekit account to temporarily downgrade to the free plan.

  In both cases, all fonts that are not available on our free plan synchronized would be automatically withdrawn from your account.

  Please email [email protected] with the Adobe ID you use for Creative Cloud & Typekit, and let's take a look at your account and see if one of them is the cause of your change in subscription.

  After the first year you renew at the price standard student/teacher this plan which is currently a $ 24.99.  It is always a reduced rate compared to the regular (no student/teacher) price plan.

  It's certainly OK to do in the US and I suspect to the United Kingdom as well.  The criterion is to do so within 14 days from the date of purchase for an Exchange or a refund.  Closest to the Apple store for verification first call you.

  I have a button next to each of my app purchase buys in a list view.

• Acrobat Pro DC - eligibility criteria for students / teachers

  I work as a facilitator/tutor for a private university partner (University of GPP: www.bpp.com). Am I eligible for special education price on Acrobat Pro DC? A letter from my Director of faculty on a letterhead of the University would be acceptable as proof of eligibility? I don't want to go there and buy Acrobat Pro DC, for see then when I send my proof of eligibility, it is not acceptable.

  I contacted Adobe UK by phone yesterday, but ended up getting passed here and there between the help DC Adobe and Adobe Desktop team - and nobody I speak to in each Department seemed to be able to clearly and definitively answer this for me.
