Reinstall the version CS5.5 students on a new computer.

I've had this computer for a few years now and its starting to show its age.
I also have the students of the Creative suite edition 5.5 is installed.

So my question is, if my computer breaks down and needs to be replaced, I will be able to install my version of CS student on my new computer, without having to pay, etc..
I have the physical disk and code etc, so it must be good right?

Thank you!

To turn it off you open one of the applications in the suite and choose Help-> Deactivate.  To turn on a new machine, you so the same way you have for any installation of Adobe... install the software and enter the serial number when you want to activate.
