  iTunes stopped copy of apps to your device in your library, and remove an application from your library should no longer cause deletion of your device. However, any application that you have downloaded from the App Store can be removed by the holders of rights without notice at any time, so that if you delete your local copies there is a risk that at some point you lose access to a preferred application.

  The message you see is an error. You cannot update Podcast regardless of update iOS.

  Ignore the message or remove the app from iTunes Podcasts. The removal will affect all the features.

  I think iTunes might be showing your iCloud music purchases. Go to the menu bar, and unselect display-> show iCloud music purchases.

  Many people do what you are doing to try.  In the "All Apps" list, you right-click or press - press and hold on the icon and the menu bar, tell it to "Uninstall".

  The tiles are usually all shortcuts. You can do a right click, select the location of the file open and remove the shortcut.

  Of course, make sure that you delete is a shortcut.

  I have not seen a .dll file on the applications page.

  Applications appearing does not in iTunes is a bug that many users face. You can try to restart your computer and reset your iPhone, but it rarely.
