  Hey gang,

  I have a book of multi-fichiers in FM 11 requires this page, the paragraph numbers, figure and table be sequential (3.1 - 1, 3.1 - 2, etc.) between the files.  Issues page numbers and paragraph were fairly simple: Format > Document > numbering, continue the numbering from the previous chapter, to update the book and your Uncle Bob.  Now, the numbering of the relevant paragraphs is the following:

  H: < $chapnum >. < n + >. < = 0 > < = 0 > \t

  The numbers in the figure and the table are more severe; using the following format

  H:table (or digit) < $chapnum >. < n > <><>- < n + > \t

  I can get the paragraph numbers to work, but the numbers individual figure/table restarts at 1 in each file.  The problem is that there's nothing say FM to continue numbering the tables or figures in the previous file in the book, but I can't understand how do.  Any ideas?

  These counters are considered paragraph numbering for purposes of prosecution for parts of the book.

  The list of the usual suspects when it gets unexpectedly reset includes but is not limited to:

  1. Conflict between book and part of the dialing properties file
  2. Some rogue paragraph is using the same counter and reset.

  I create a PDF file with Google Docs (via Save As PDF) but in post processing, I need to delete all the links incorporated into the most painless process possible (because there could be up to a 100 embedded links). I was disappointed to see that processing of the Document > remove all links leaves behind the blue underline. And I liked discouraged a few other people who have asked this same question, never received a response.

  Unfortunately, it won't be acceptable to go more far by selecting edition content > change the text & Images > Format ... then remove the underlines, and change the color to black.

  Otherwise, I even tried automating the deletion of links gDocs (before the publication in PDF format), but the gDocs fails on the script that I have experimented with.

  Any ideas on how to stop the technology miss me?

  Blue 'underline' comes from the file creation / authoring application. You need to rub there (or set up such that it is not taxed).

  The 'line' becomes a 'path' in PDF format, and you won't have any practical way to eliminate easily these.

  I'm trying to remove some lines after their mapping in FDMEE given a condition. Here I have an example of the source file:

  I want to remove from the export file, lines that are red. I mapped to the column currency to ignore all the currencies EUR (maybe it's not necessary) to have:

  100000	IGNORE	YY	120
  200000	EUR	YYY	10
  300000	EUR	YYY	20
  200000	IGNORE	YYY	10

  Currency source is not necessary, but I am without mapping it. I'm new in FDMEE and in the scripts, but I thought that maybe a script custom or an AftExportToDat but I'm naïve... Could someone help me please?

  If you define mappings to IGNORE as Simon suggests that they should not be exported to the file. They are always exported? I do not expect that

  If the lines are exported so that you can use AftExportToDat to remove currency field lines to IGNORE.

• Book of 10 with several files frame crashing when I change the numbering at the level of the book.

  I built a picture book (image 10) with several files from a variety of books. The files have inlays of text and references to breast and between chapters. When I go to set the numbering at the level of the book - as soon as I click on the Numbering dialog box Set - Framework breaks down and I get an internal error 10024, 6382424, 6369627, 6383085.   Don't know if this is relevant to what you are feeling, but...

  I've encountered similar problems of numbering with several of my books.

  What fixed it finally for me, is that I discovered that some files were overrides of paragraph style (not necessarily related to positions or section heads.

  Once I removed all replacements of these files, numbering issues have been resolved.

  While I use the plugin Tools section , you can scan your files for the substitutions with built-in FM find/replace.

  In your case, you have multiple columns for different periods and this can be achieved using the standard period multi Format importing and loading data rules.
