  I guess it's just me, but the extremely annoying part of the APEX is that some simple obvious things – like the form of compensation - have no obvious simple solution. I would say, there are a few obvious approaches, but none seems not to work. You would think that a 'CLEAR' button would be a standard button or CANCEL to had an option to clear the form and or clear a list of items on the page.

  Processes are not executed because the page is not submitted. The Cancel button does a redirect, not a shipment:

  Play the 'e' (email?) to the old account first. You can drag and drop.

  To remove an account from Thunderbird:

  Tools | Account settings| < select the unwanted account > |

  Both accounts use POP? This could explain why new messages appear in the new account, but not the former.

  Edit: I did the same thing on my laptop (APEX 4.2.6.00.03) here and it works as expected. This error I get to work with APEX 4.2.3.00.08 (of course you should not necessarily be the cause, very likely, I don't have all of the necessary privileges) :-).

  Thanks again for your response. If the schema was not related to my workspace, I would yet be able to choose the other schema of the selection list.

  In fact, there seems to be a bug in the link in my message original (for example it is still not fixed in version 4.2.3), but fortunately I was able to find a workaround - I created a view with the same name and the same structure as the original table, and then I was able to generate the form with the wizard , finally I gave up the display and modification of processes page manually. So the solution is I have to force the DBA APEX upgraded to the current version :-).

  I tried to play and I can't create a report with the form that select data from several tables

  What I want to achieve is a report we'll say 'USERS' makes MANAGER_ID ID, NAME, with a form that allows me to create, delete, change users

  The problem is that, once the report with the form created, if I click on create (to create a user) it will ask me for id, name, and manager_id

  I need a water drop down which allows me to select managers in the table manager instead of manually insert Director id

  I use the Application Express 4.2.1.00.08
  We currently have a spreadsheet that is who I am trying to replace application using APEX.
  
  I have loaded the spreadsheet into a table and have created a tabular presentation using the tabular presentation wizard who created the field in the form of text fields.
  
  The table has 38 columns in total, so I am trying to retrieve the columns to fit the screen.
  
  Most of the columns in the spreadsheet contain just the value 1 or null, so I want to make these fields check box so that they are checked if the value of the field is 1 and not controlled if the value is null. If the user selects the checkbox on the ground so I want to write a 1 in the table.
  
  Can you suggest I do this because several things that I have tried don't seem to work.
  
  Any suggestions or links to the doc on how to do that would be great.

  Click on the shape of table on the edit page

  go to the report attributes tab

  you will find the list of form elements

  now, click the icon to change the required column (small pencil icon).

  go to the tab column attributes, change the display as simple field check box.

  Then go to the values tab list.

  you will find the list of values definition text box just add 1 then click on apply changes.

  Run the page, you are gud to go.

  NULL is the default if the checkbox is in a disabled state, just use 1 in the list of values.

  I am trying to create a sheet of fax for one of our customer service representatives.  She needs from time to time fax on a list of names, acct # s, etc. to our collection agency of abducting people. Because it's done on a basis as needed, I want to use a table to create a repeating line number as the number of accounts can vary.  I've looked everywhere but can't seem to find out how or even if it is possible.  I am using LiveCycle Designer ES 8.2.  Thank you!

  Give this one a go. The most common mistake when creating dynamic forms forget to save the form in a dynamic PDF.

  FOR INFO. Something is wrong with this form. I would no more than 1 MB.

  I found the solution!

  I was going through this blog: OIM 11 g: error after startup server IOM: retrieve the connection at the base

  In the last comment by Amit, he mentioned that the settings IOM - config.xml must be changed.

  So I discovered that IOM-config file. XML from my environment, under directDBConfigParams, url (jdbc thin driver) was wrong because of cloning.

  In addition, OIMFrontEndURL, RMI and SOAP URL were wrong.

  I corrected the and guess what... each utility works...

  However, you don't have to import/export the config of MDS file... you can change these details in the following MBEANs

  1 DirectDB

  2. the discovery

  3 SOAConfig

  > Reboot the server of the IOM.

  I knew this jdbc driver was not, but did not know where to set it up.

  I have listed the error in my last comment, so that if anyone has this problem, the text of this presentation would help.

• Delete in af:table always remove the first line when using ExecuteWithParams

  I got a page with master form and af:table two details related to the master. When I'm trying to remove a line in an af:table of detail, it always removes the first line, any line, I selected before. The table has a single = rowSelection and the line is properly visually selected. I remove the line using a "delete hyperlink" on each line, but I first have to select the line. Delete called a bond (or a method at the bean by removing the current line of the iterator, I tried both, none of them work)

  Links page has an ExecuteWithParams defining the correct ID to edit on the master of iterator and an InvokeExecuteWithParams the renderModel value. If I put the refresh condition zero and I hard-code an ID in the binding variable in the model, I am able to delete the selected line.

  In addition, I don't know if this information is useful, but if I set the iterator to PPR ChangeEventPolicy, when I select a line, there always select the first line.

  Any ideas what I could do wrong? Is this a bug?

  No need for the modification of database SQL DELETE action Action, it is correct with no Action from the database.

  Condition type: request = Expression1

  Expression 1: MULTI_ROW_DELETE

  Check the request that you place the button Delete is same as a condition of the terms of the Expression 1 or not.

  Or better, you can create examples on apex.oracle.com, which helps the user to study and solved the problem.

  If your problem still persists, then try to recreate the form of tables and check.

  (1) you will need to re - question child iterators so that they do not look stale data
