Rendered audio files attached to incorrect video clips

Work in Premiere Pro CC 2014.  I'm working on a project and noticed that some of my audio clips is more matching with correct video clips.  While I was working on this project, I was a little cleaning old files Premiere Elements provided and I think he must have 'cleaned' the files of my CC project also.  When I open the CC project I have seen several of the configured file (which is what I expected when I play them if their rendering folder had been deleted).  Unfortunately, some of my clips have the same name they came from different cameras and I not to rename when I import them.  So what happens is the clip camera 00033 2 recovers the audio clip camera 00033 1.  If I do a 'own media Cache Database' in the project will be that straighten everything.   (Most of the audio is OK, but everytime that I open it again the project another section breaks).  I have all my projects, media (PE and prepro) default file cache at the same location in AppData.

Thus, I discovered how to realign the audio and video clips.  I've marked the issue as Offline clips, and then related their return.  Fortunately, only 7 of 161 files are out of sync.  My hypothesis is that the other project to clean up deleted files that belong to the current project.  Do the cleaning during the encoding process in Adobe Media Encoder was probably not a good idea.

How to do it on Vista?

    Hi robt1962,

Thank you for using answers Forum.

You may be able to use Windows MovieMaker to extract audio from your video file, depending on the format.

If you use your favorite search engine and look for "extract the audio from video using windows moviemaker" for more details.

    I hope this helps.

  • No audio in some of the video clips in my CS5.5 project

    Hello

I need help. I worked on this project, which has been lying on the ice for a while. While, although my system drive crashed, but I got the project and sources stored on my external HARD drive files. I accually took the project to the external drive when my system HARD drive was running.

If the drive crashed, and now I started the project again. The first thing that came was that the scratch disk was unavailable or locked, so it was fixed to my documents. Do I reccon which is the default when you start a project if no has been highlighted this? In this case, my old documents folder was most likley my disc scratching since I am new to this program and probably did not change the default setting.

QUESTION: Some of the video files in the custom of the time line play the sound of the file video of said. Some will be. Also, even if I open the source file in a new project it will not reproduce the sound of the clip. The only thing that works is to move and rename the clip, then I get sound in first pro. The original video clip also has external sound in multimedia players. Then this thread me to the conclusion that first pro saves the audio file somewhere (the location of disc scratch?) which is now empty since my system crashed and I reinstalled first pro?

My theory is correct, and is it possible as pointed out the original file and make first scorn all pro old audio he recorded somewhere else?

I hope everything is clear enough, otherwise just ask if you need further information. I attach any hardware specs, because my sound otherwise works fine, even in first pro according to the clip.

    Best regards

Just delete the files.  PP will automatically recreate those he needs when you open the project.

Unable to get sound when you import video clips (.m2ts) Cannon for Windows Live Movie Maker video recorder or on the video file (.wmv).  Does anyone have a suggestion as to how this can be done?

    Hi RichGraff,

    • You have sounds in the VCR of Canon?
    • Are you facing problem with this video or other videos as well?

For now, I suggest to import the video clip in Windows Movie Maker, which is an application integrated into Windows Vista and check if you get its in.

  • As you drag the video in the Timeline, only audio files will show, not video.  Why

    Hello world!

So I had to update to PPCC 2015 after 2014 CEP kept crashing on me while I just changed.  After having reopened the project and the program telling me to convert everything on the new 2015 PPCC, I didn't think it was a big deal.

Well now, the old version of my project can still play all the videos, and the editing I've done, but when I try to drag in a new video to continue editing, only audio files will come in the timeline. The video will play in the window of the fine source drive, but try to get the actual image of the video in the timeline, will not be displayed.

    It makes me crazy!

    What should I do?

It was activated at the same time. I closed my projects and rebooted my computer to see if that would do anything and now it works as usual. Thanks for your help anyway!

  • Audio does not play not video clip

    Hi all

New on first Pro CC but experienced engineer audio production (Logic Pro 8 - X).

I'm having a problem where I can't hear audio of any video clips (on the V1) when playing the project in the timeline panel, but I can hear the audio when I preview the video as source in the project area (by double clicking on it in a window at the top left in the editing workspace). I can't find any reference to the audio of the video clip in the Audio Mixer Panel, except when I use the mixer Audio Clip when the image previewed as a source.

Can anyone help? I have progressed in fact good enough to restore my first project, but this is really frustrating and I can't understand it. Have you tried the search and I can't find any mention of the same show. I hope I am using correct terminology.

    Thanks in advance!

  • Audio recording again in a video clip of hearing

In soundbooth, I was able to open a video clip with audio integrated, make a few changes to the audio and press save.  This would save the audio in the video clip.  Hearing does not allow me to do.  He wants to save the audio in separate .wav format.  I want to keep it in the clip.  Is anyway to do this?

It seems that the ability to send videos directly to Media Encoder has been raised on the list of features.  Adobe recently published news releases about the stuff they're going to show at NAB this year and this component is on the list: presenting the audio Panel essential and more to Adobe Audition CC | Creative blog Cloud by Adobe

You should read/scroll down a little, but it is there... should be good!

  • How to convert an AVI file that contains several video clips?

I have an AVI file that contains two clips of concurrent synchronised video a audio track. None of the players AVI or conversion services, I tried (Handbrake, VLC, online - Convert.com) will convert or export the two clips - only clips gets output, in this case in MP4. Any help in getting the two clips on this container gratefully received!

Why you want to convert it? He does not play in VLC?

  • Adobe Media Encoder is not looking for additional audio top titles when the video clips to transcoding.

I have 4 K images with 4 mono audio tracks recorded.  Two of the tracks are dead audio, both are mic on the camera.  I need this audio, synchronize externally recorded in PluralEyes tracks, but that is besides the point.

When I use SOUL 6.0.2.81 (part of the CS6) to transcode my 4K MOV files in images of 1080 can be used for offline editing, it seems that pick up the first two tracks (dead) and ignore the titles 3 and 4, which contain audio live.

So far the only solution I found is to put each clip in the first separately.  First recognizes all 4 tracks.  I remove the first two, then export to first to 1080.  It's waaay to strong workforce given the number of shots.

Any ideas why SOUL would not pick up the two audio tracks?

Under settings QuickTime Audio, you can try the 'Uncompressed' codec that is multi-channel options?  Then, please use option 'Channel 4 '.  This should export all the four channels.

  • Audio dims on the last video clip from Adobe Premiere Pro!

So my music on my video which was made in first pro cc 2015,3 adobe decreases whenever there is a sound effect. It is very annoying, because this does not happen in the timeline panel. Help me please, if anyone has answers, I went outside with the H.264 format and preset «YouTube 1080 p HD» I'm doing something wrong here? Thank you

I'm a fan of PotPlayer myself.  I think it's the best out there, better even than the revered VLC.

But it does not come with the effect to standardize on.  You will need to turn it off manually.

    Hello

Question: Can pause you a clip, let's say film clip A, moving within a separate clip, let's say video clip B.  B is not a parent of the a.

Basically, I have a background slide show running I want stop when you click a menu item, and an external swf file is loaded.

I have attached a jpg file which charts how video clips are organized within each other and I want a break in which video clip:

Group 2 - static images video

Group 1 - video clips video

    Audio track

The first video clip is "broken" at 00:00. If I try to move it just it snaps back to 00:00. Other clips can be moved but if I drag to the right it moves above the following.

Q1: in general, how to open a gap between two elements (for example, to insert a title)?

Q2: in particular, how can I move the first clip (and all subsequent clips) to the right?

    Thank you very much.

You should be able to select the first item, hold down SHIFT, and then select the end element. Now click and drag.
