Repayment of advances

First of all, I want to introduce my self. My name is Hadi Sastra firdawss (Indonesian), one of your customers for Apple products. I have you informed of my disappointment in your system for repair and restitution for my Iphone 6 Plus 64 Gb gold.

I'll tell you the chronology of my case (number of cases = 1065490644):

1. my Iphone screen is often blocked and on the screen of my iphone, I found a dead point pixel

2. I have to wear my Iphone to the service provider SITCOMINDO PT Duta Merlin (Central Jakarta) with status of guarantee in December 17, 2015. They informed me that my Iphone will be replaced by a new one and takes 2-3 months

3. I have my Iphone on hold for 3 months with passion, but they have never been informed of my Iphone.

4. I called to ask about my iphone, but the answer "my Iphone was always not ready."

5. after one week from 3 months of waiting, I decided to call the apple centre Indonesia (number of cases = 1065490644). They transfer me to customer service in another country. My customer is Mr. Azlan, they give me promises to follow my progress of replacement, but there is no update on my iphone

6. I confused and frustrated my course of replacement, until I received information from the service provider that my Iphone was in a State of refund and will be refund if I want to give all of the accessories, box, receipt, copy of the citizen and the copy of the bank account card.

7. I give all accessories, box, receipt, copy of the citizen card and copy of the bank account on April 2, 2016. They informed me that the progress of refund will take 6 to 8 weeks.

8. so far, I have no update on my tuition refund.

9. I try to call again the call of apple centre. Mr. Ian changed my customer relationship. The answer always the same they never know when I receive my refund.

Please help me to find a better solution for my refund class. I don't have to wait any longer cause I was on hold for more than 5 months, without any certainty
