We reboot physical DB more than 3 days that connected to primary DB...

I've seen REQUIRED value in open_resetlogs in v$ database.

What is REQUIRED?

Database standby at the present time, the physics is active and can be access by the users of the report.

We need run alter database open resetlogs;?

It seems that we must recover DB day before physical DB primary

What is expected in a physical database ensures. It's like that in mine too:

SQL > select open_resetlogs from database v$.

The reason is that ensures your physical database is being a constant recovery. At this point, any recovery made is "incomplete". Therefore, the only way to open the physical standby is to open with the RESETLOGS option. If you have tried to open now, RESETLOGS is NECESSARY as this column said.

If you perform a failover operation, then primary writes a marker of end-of-Redo in the redo stream. When the EOR marker is sent to forward and applied for standby, Oracle will know that Eve has played full recovery and the database can be opened without RESETLOGS. This enhanced recovery of oil, which is sent to ensure that all completed transactions and the database is in a consistent state after you have applied the day before, is what allows to switch to sleep mode and then switch back to the primary origin.

If you perform a failover operation, no marker for enhanced recovery of oil is present. The watch is open with RESETLOGS, and you can't switch back. You have to re-create the primary new waiting for what is now the principal (the original pending).

The question is - Let's say I have paste 105 postal codes into the text box. It inserts the FIRST postal code 105 times in the database instead of insert postal code 105 individually.

You loop does. Delete this While loop, it is not necessary, and you don't need to follow the count. The foreach loop does all the work.

AF:table value of text entry box does not get stored in the database.

I use af:table in my jsff page. The table contains the column of text entry box. After clicking the Create (+) button, a line has been added to the table. I got value into the text entry field and click the 'OK' button to commit the transaction. When I check the database, the entered value is not stored in the database. What I've observed, it's that if I have more than 1 table in the af: table and after entering the value into the text entry field, if I tab out and control moves to the next line, and then click the OK"" button. This time, the value you entered get stored in the database. It's look like, the value of current row is not updated until the action tab. Please help me solve this problem.

I have problem with values that are not in the database.
I have a form, and there are two types of users: normal and Admins.
If the user is normal, it can not access anyone else entered the database. But the administrator can access all entries.
I did a check in so that the normal user can only access its entries:

If you try to make it through a normal form. So in this case email_sended is getting two values one of your FORM and one of your update statement.

To resolve this problem, you can code in hard EMAIL_SENDED point the value '0' and keep only the database column.

If the whenver update you will automatically take the value 0.

Another solution would be to remove this column from your FORM and then update by creating a process after submit.

I am involved in a scenario where my application requires 200 or more tables in the database. In fact, I'm working on a medical diagnostic laboratories management system in which there are 200 types of diagnostic tests.
Now, at the end before, I had managed to 200 forms of display, and the user will choose whatever form that it requires opening a form of disease B as form of disease, and thus immediately (use will fill in the data of the medical tests of the disease in the respective forms).
Now that the attributes for each disease are different from each other, I would need to have 200 tables in my database to the main server, which would be stored 200 Forms data entry...
But it seems unnatural that a large number of tables. So is there a technique to deal with this scenario...
Here, we need to follow a term called "normalization". You make sure the number of columns is repitative in all these tables. You can then create a master table to the columns and then join this main table with others based on a common column that is ID or something like that.

In that select it the ID_processus or the item_id is defined. Cannot assign at the same time.

The description field is what hurt. When I run the page and try to write something in the description field on a line where ID_processus is defined this error appears:

After a re-read of your OP, I noticed that
DECODE (ID_PROCESSUS, NULL, QUANTITY, ") AMOUNT.
DECODE (ID_processus, NULL, UOM_CODE, ") uom_code,.
in your query.
And it breaks when ID_processus is NOT NULL (and ITEM_ID is null), isn't?
That's because you change (sort of) the QUANTITY and the UOM_CODE when that happens. Your query retrieves different values than those contained in the database (for example "instead of the actual value). And these 'new' values are compared with the values of database and then there is a difference. Where the error.

But now: how to solve?
What exactly are you trying to achieve with this construction? Is there a business rule that AMOUNT and UOM_CODE must be blank if ID_processus is not null? To add a constraint validation to your table and just show the values in your table. Or to show or hide a value of the terms of use. Or use another (made) column in your query that is not bound to a database field.

IM new at the Apex and use v4.1.

What I want to do, is to have a tabular presentation that will have 5 fields and a number of fields only reading based on a SQL table & reviews, when a user updates one of the 5 fields entry I want to save the change to the databases automatically.

I thought that this could be done using Ajax and Javascript, but my knowledge is not at a high enough level to make it work.

I think what I need to do:

1 create an AJAX callback process (say its called "Submit Changes") - it comes to PL SQL that will update the database based on the value of the field that was changed. I think that this will require the number of line in table form to pass in.

2. create a header HTML with Javascript code that calls the recall AJAX process - I found the below on the net, but do not think that I changed it correctly:

just a quick thought: I myself remember in 3.x days by using a process with a space name did not work (at least when I was trying to use), I have always since then named such with underscores in the... IE: submit_changes the two (the name of the process in the apex) and the reference of the code in javascript

'Required value' can be yes or no. I would say assigning the value No, then using a Validation to check if a value has been entered. The Validation itself can depend on which button was pressed.
