  I have a customer who currently has a number of endpoints with multi-site licenses, mainly 6000MXP units.  The client is developed to the point where 6-pin calls are no longer adequate, and they'll have to buy an MCU.

  Can the customer still enjoy the microcontrollers built in codecs 6000MXP and use a MultiSITE call until the participants are too many and then degenerate into a MultiWAY call?

  No, it is not possible to climb a call running Multisite for a call Multiway or MCU (MXP or C series).

  On the endpoints that will be able to launch the Multiway call is an exclusive setting, therefore,

  Select Multisite, Multiway (or completely disable a Multipoint).

  In addition Multiway must be supported by the endpoint, newest Cisco/Tandberg endpoints points support

  initiate a call Multiway and many (incl. 3rd party) support to be reunited to form a Multiway call.

  It is also dependent on the version of the software.

  In short, with Multiway may as end points that do not support being redirected

  for the MCU (for example the outer parts where you don't have conrtol from software versions,...)

  To swap the MXP multisite with a microcontroller of HD Cisco (old Codian) is a great idea in any case, it will not focus only

  the capacity of the largest conferences but also improves quality. Each participant will receive its own optimized

  video stream instead of the single video stream where the worst participant defines what you will get.

  As you said, after meeting personal room numbers (with findme or certain rules of vcs, you can also do named uris,

  as [email protected] / * /), generic virtual meeting rooms or to book through TMS/Scheduler

  How can I configure multiway help MCU?  I tried to set up an alias in VCS, Conference factory-22228

  Conference factory State is active. 22228 added as base10 multiway on the c40. My prefix for MCU Conference Service is 8.

  I need to set up a permanent conference in MCU?

  on the check of EX90 you added the multisite key. TC5 version wouldn't hurt.

  Do not use a version

  You can have multiway or multisite, so if you have already configured the EX90 for multiway

  I recently updated a number of our phones blackberry 8100 company for the latest OS 4.5.0.55 platform 2.7.0.68)

  When a call is received, and I answer with the green button the phone always goes into speakerphone mode. I have to move the phone to the ear and press the OP button to turn off the speaker for the call.

  It is confusing with the appellant because they're not sure of what is happening during the few seconds of quite while I turn off the phone mode talk.

  I've updated a number of phones and all other seem to answer calls in fashion phone speaker not as expected.

  I looked in the menu options to find an arrangement.

  Thanks in advance for any help...  If no solution is found, I might have to reflash old firmware and then reflash firmware again.

  With the phone, remove the battery and then replace it... which has toured on mine when it had the same problem

  I dropped two calls on a stretch of road, I travel every day. I was on Verizon prior and never droped calls in this area. My girlfriend beside me on Verizon showing full bars, mine showing little >? Believe me, I want to love this phone, I'm a fan of Verizon, it's relative.

  I have been called something else (they don't have not implemented navagator VZ when I got the phone I asked) and before finishing the call, the lag suggested I do * 22899 improve the reception.  I went from 1 bar in my house (still have horrible reception here) to 4 bars.

  No matter where I put the tiles or area of the image, when it is enabled, the slide show appears always the bottom line down with the footer.

• Received a call saying that the license for my computer had been corrupted by a virus.

  So about half an hour ago I received a call from a man claiming to be windows saying my computer driver's license starting with numbers ' #$@ "(don't remember figures, he gave me), had his 'corrupted some virus licence' (I think his exact words). I immediately thought that it was potentially a scam because I heard other scam type things that happen on the phone these days, but temporarily, I said 'ok' and he told me that they had tried to contact my computer and have been unable to do so and that he needed to look at my driver's license and give him some info to check that it has not been damaged. That's when the alarm went off in my head and I told him "that I currently have on my computer and it was very good and for him not to worry about it" and then, without waiting for an answer, I hung up.

  This is the story, I didn't give any information other than that I was on my computer as he called it. I wonder if it was a scam, I just played it, and if my computer could potentially be compromised. I run Malware bytes now to scan my computer, but I'm always a little worried.

• Y at - it an option for a SX20 to interrupt a call, when there has been no activity / movement?

  A customer asked that their calls "lazy" to get automatically disconnected after X minutes/hours.

  I have had a look and can't find anything in the SX20 Config page for her so I'm wondering if someone managed to do it somehow.

  I got the call from the scam claiming that my Microsoft Windows system has a virus.  They told me that my Windows license number and they were right!  How did get my license number?

  first of all it is a very common scam.

  They probably told you the OEM SLP key which is public knowledge. Your windows is probably preinstalled, so would the OEM KEY of SLP. An OEM SLP key is common to all the models of computers from a manufacturer and varies only by the windows edition.

  Computers, which are built by large manufacturers provided with pre-installed Windows are supplied with 2 two product keys:

  (A) OEM SLP: this key comes pre-installed in Windows, when it comes to the factory. This key is designed to work with the special instructions isn't on the hardware of this manufacturer. Then, when Windows was installed using the OEM SLP (in factory) Windows 7 key leans on the motherboard and he sees special instructions and activates. (that's why you had no need to turn on your computer after you brought it home)

  (B) SLP COA: it's the product key that you see on the sticker on the side (or at the bottom, [or in the battery compartment]) of your computer. It is a valid product key, but must be used only in certain situations (for example, if the OEM SLP key stops automatic activation for a reason any). The key must be activated by phone. (Note: all manufacturers that use the SLP OEM system are bound by contract to include a certificate of Authenticity sticker (COA), which has a COA SLP key, on the computer)

• How to call a default taskflow on school activity

  I have a taskflow TF A with two fragments of the page page B, page C where page B is the default activity and page C is called from the page B. I have created a link 'Enter' to invoke the TF A dynamically.  'Enter' link and taskflow region are separated by the group separator. When I first click on the link, I see page B and then clicked action "details" it displayed page C. Now, when I click on the link "Enter" in the group separator again, it takes me to a landing page which is page B, instead he remains in the page C. How to ensure that clicking on the link takes me to the default activity again?
