  Any form can have the subscriptions list added for update. You can create a page and a form in their secure area called subscriptions. They can click on which they want to connect to.

  Currently you can only unsubscribe via email themsleves.

  This isn't how PDLs work - you can not dial them directly - post number is only used when to remedy (that is if you can enter the ID instead of the spelling of the name of the DL).

  For this you will need to set up a call handler with the extension you want and configured the PDL as the recipient of the message for this handlder call - record a greeting you want to playing outside and set the outgoing message after the action "to the message. Messages left for this call handler will be then delivered to the distribution list that you want.
