  I had this same problem. Registration successfully, reloading, edit, save, until the day it stopped loading with the same "unable to load scene memory. Your document may be damaged. "However, I had not & in any of my ways.

  I cracked open the .fla (.zip renamed), required for a layout of the file as. XFL in and compared directories to a new little preserved in xfl Flash CC project.

  There are obvious differences in the files, but I found that the .fla "corrupt" was a PublishSettings.xml in the root folder that was over 300 k in size, while the. XFL newly recorded was only 7 k. The damaged file had the same "Default" publish the XML profile that is repeated several times with no apparent difference. After you remove all duplicate entries and save on the PublishSettings.xml reduced, the project is finally loaded in Flash CC.

  And of course not having a backup is not recommended - unless you always have good backups you are always going to lose things

  without any backup

  So to help, we need to know exactly what you did and what you have - what makes exactly something that the pictures and videos are corrupt?

• I can't download El Capitan

  I have an Imac from mid-2011, with OSX 10.10.5 yosemite installed now. El Cap won't download from the app store after several tests. I read all the posts and have tried a big part of it: I click on the download button in the window of El Cap app store, and nothing happening, no pinwheel, nothing. I can't find it in my applications folder or in the launch bar. I signed on and in the app store with no result. I checked the activity monitor and ran an EtreCheck. I do not understand these last two items, but I got them anyway. I don't NOT have a safe mode, because I do not understand how.

  My Mac: 2.7 GHz Intel Core i5 processor; 8 GB DDR3 memory at 1333 MHz; 911 GB free on the startup disk.

  Activity monitor: 982 for 3 seconds with 1 millesecond DURATION between samples.

  Etrecheck: DURATION 03:57, good Performance.

  Also, I ran my own my Mac and restarted the computer. I also checked to see that the app updates are are produced automatically from the App Store.

  I can't synchronize files between my devices iCloud. I chose iCloud drive on all but the files just stick after attempting to download. Files and I tried iCloud.com appear ok. That's when using iCloud Drive "save under" on my mbp to iMac that files do not download. My internet speed is fine and I tried to download a file from my iPhone to a different place, it works but not from my mbp.

  Try this first. Make a new user account, set up your iCloud in there and try if it works. If so, reinstall the operating system will help: the problem is somewhere in your user folder then.

  SO - I have a few questions:

  (1) FIRST: was first my hypothesis?  In other words, if I COULD bring up Windows on the machine damaged (even if only in safe mode), would be the upgrade, go ahead and work - whereas the old system corrupted virus was also VISTA SP2?  Or - the installation would inform me that he could NOT make an upgrade because it would detect that the previous version was indeed also VISTA SP2 and therefore "knowledge" that he could not (really) do an upgrade?

  (2) assuming that the answer to #1 is 'yes', then: is there a version of Vista Installable (same one I might need to buy) that could make the upgrade, even if the Windows system being upgraded can not come?  IF this is NOT the case: what is an installable version upgrade of Windows 7?  or it is the sad reality that no matter what version of Windows I buy, I can't choose the 'Upgrade' option unless the installation is load/run Windows on the upgraded system?

  From previous posts, I have all kinds of good advice on how to retrieve data on corrupted system files, so if there is no other alternative, I'll do it - but this is my last resort because:

  b its a lot of your time working are going to extract all the files and

  (b) his work even more of your time then having to charge all third party software (including some I have no disks to install for more) if I find myself

  having to do a clean install of Windows.

  So, if there is no alternative to an upgrade - if I have to shell out some $$ for a new version of Windows, I prefer to do that.
