  I had this weird problem before. Ann was pointed in the right direction. Because Premiere Pro does no clicks (as you mentioned above), I suggest you to reset preferences and start over.

  -Rename the folder Premiere Pro Old_Premiere Pro under Documents > Adobe.

  Note: You will lose your customization and modification of keyboard shortcuts.

  Acrobat Pro is certainly not the right tool for editing. You want to change the manual using the source - MS Word files for example. Once you have the full changes including OCD work as you want, Acrobat Pro is the tool to convert the source document to PDF format, and ensure the accessibility requirements of 508 - and preferably ISO 14289 (PDF/UA) - are met.

  Hello, firefox does not save your downloaded files in a sqlite database, but directly in the download on your disk directory. what you might be able to extract your downloads (ctrl + j) history is a url to a file for the re - download.
  You can also try running a program like "recuva" to restore material deleted on your drive, but it is out of the scope of support for mozilla products...
