  If you use K9, let me help you to go out and be more specific.  In K9 menu (horizontal bars), select, then there will be a menu open upwards at the bottom of the screen, you will see 'more', select, and in this menu, select "Account settings", scroll down to "synchronizing folders" look under that and you will see "when I delete a message", select it and then choose "delete server".  I hope this helps you with your problem.  -Dan

  Unfortunately, if someone is spoofing of address and that you are not using Exchange, I think you're a bit stuck. You do not say that you are using, so I can't really help or service to the customer by e-mail. You can try Google for the junk e-mail filter and see if anything will help you more specifically.

  You can resize the window that opens by dragging the corners to enlarge.  Try to hit the answer, then stretch the window until it is almost full-screen and not the message, but simply close the window.  Then to remember this size when it opens the next time.

  Mail clients may not produce 'bounces '.  Bounces are non-delivery reports generated by e-mail servers and to have a specific format that dictate the messaging standards.  False customer area rebounds easily detected and simply the server to prove that your address is valid.

  If it is your intention to discourage spam using fake bounces, you will find the ineffective for many reasons.  First of all, because you can not generate a nondelivery report validates that looks like your mailbox is not available, second unwanted spammers either do not use replyable addresses, so that even if you can generate a non-delivery report, the sender will never see, or they use the address diverted to an innocent person who will receive your bounce and scratch their head wondering why you sent.  There are other reasons as well why they are not server the purpose of reducing spam, if that is your intention.

  We have recently updated the broadband router and changed.  Since the upgrade of the printer works fine when printing directly from a PC or a laptop on the network - however, e-mails sent to the printer remotely have now returned "undeliverable" even though the printer email address has been entered correctly.   The printer frequently now also displays a message asking me to put it off and then on again.

  No email provider will send you any reset password or even instructions on how to reset your password send by e-mail.
  Simple logic says that if you have password problems you cannot open this e-mail.

  Access your email providers web page mail and see if you can connect it. If you can then you have something else causes the error of password as incorrect server settings.
  If it doesn't then look for a link reset the password.
