  I decided to separate the quiz on the project under a separate heading.

  We use a learning management system that will host the module to control access.

  The LMS can be set to not allow people to click on the link of the Quiz, until they crossed the content.  (So they cannot circumvent the content and just do the quiz).

  I was trying to find a way for this to control in Captivate 5 and prevent people from being able to click on the quiz without going through the content. (And keep the quiz in the original).

  However, this LMS solution works for this add-on.

  Ok.  By the look of your screenshots you have deleted some elements of the quiz question slides.

  Were you remove all standard legends such as the legend of title or caption Quiz, or items such as the control box?

  Exactly, you can only use the "review quiz" function to examine the appropriate quiz question slides. There is not a question of box available click slide, but the closest is the question of "Hot spot" slide

  You can include as part of your quiz click areas, as you did, but you might as well disable the installation of revision quiz because it does not apply to these slides.

  I found that the ASK toolbar is the culprit. I have no recollection of ever install Ask and wanted not just her in any case. Withdrawal fixed the problem.
