  I posted this in the SQL Developer forum, but I tried in SQLPlus and get the same error, so I think it's an encoding issue.
  I have a piece of code that I'm trying to write that will only be executed once. The goal: we have three tables relating to the pieces of information. Each table has a column that stores the number of site that belongs to the part. We want to copy the parts of a site to about 130 sites which don't have any info on parts. The number of site is stored in another table. So I created three stored procedures, one for each of the three tables that we, who take 2 inputs: a source and destination site. Procedure names are: ptfile_copy_fac, ptxref_copy_fac and ptvndrs_copy_fac.
  
  The problem I have is that I can run the procedures in a separate worksheet in SQL Developer, but when they are integrated in this cursor for loop, I get the following message from SQL Developer:

• I upgraded to Thunderbird 38.3.0 and when I send people who use Outlook attachments, the attachment didn't come through properly.

  I can send an email with an attachment to a recipient. I tested sending two excellent and attachments in pdf. The recipient receives the email to me and I see trombone, indicating that the message has an attachment. When the user opens the e-mail, however, there is no attachment to find. To make this even more strange problem, if the user sends e-mail to themselves, the new email will have an attachment and they can open and view correctly.

  This recipient is using Outlook 2013 as their e-mail client. It should be noted that when this recipient check their e-mail on their android phone, or their webmail, the attachment appears so very well. It is only in Outlook that this problem occurs.

  I did some research and found the inline attachment problem that many have had in the past. However, when I checked the option mail.content_disposition_type in the config, it was already set to 1. I tried assigning 2 because a forum recommended this setting. That did not fix it. If this problem is a problem of inline attachment, then maybe there another setting in this new version of Thunderbird that needs to be changed.

  As mentioned in the above topic, I use the 38.3.0 version. It is clear from this problem just started with this last update. I'm not positive, but I know that this problem did not start until a few weeks ago, and the only thing I can think of that might have caused this would be a new update for Thunderbird.

  We found an answer to this problem. It turns out that a supplement called wisestamp was causing our problems. We have uninstalled this add-on and the problem disappeared.

• When I "Detach" an attachment and save it elsewhere, why the attachment is always accessible in the mail?

  I use Firefox on Windows XP. After Firefox has been updated to version 30.0, the attachments in Gmail and Yahoo mail popup are not displayed to the top. By clicking on the attach icon shows no response. Its working perfectly fine in Chrome. I removed the extensions and tried again, but the problem persists.

  It works fine now. Add-ons are enabled, but the hardware acceleration is disabled. That seems to have done the trick. Thanks for your help.

  It would be much easier to create a user screen the message in question and then call the script, but if you want to go the other way you may:

  (a) a list of all messages in the mailbox

  (b) to present the user with a list of posts by choose in the list

  (c) affect the result

  Welcome to the Forums of HP's Support. I understand that you prefer only attachment to prints by email by sending an e-mail to the e-mail address of your ePrint printer.

  My recommendation would be to follow the message with the subject, but have the body of the email blank. That would allow the setting to be the only thing printed as the subject line is not printed, whether it's content in the body of the email or not.
