  I have a lot of important projects that have been created with and the former program Micrografx Draw 6. He ran very well in the machine (2006) of XP.   The software will not install in Windows 7 Home premium in compatibility modes.  The message says "the version of this file is not compatible with the version of windows that you are running. Check your computer's system information to see if you need a x 86 (32 bit) or x 64 (64-bit) version of the program and then contact the software publisher.   The software publisher is out of business. If I upgrade to Windows 7 Professional I'll be able to install and use this software? If this isn't the case, you know of any other software that could open and work or simply to print my files backed up? They have an extention (.drw).

  My TMS is strictly using Extension of Provisioning, because I am running 14.3.2 TMSPE is the only option for me, so I can't provide a screenshot.

  However check you by going to: administrative tools > Configuration > General settings, look for the commissioning Mode.

  That said, I suggest that you consider migrating to TMSPE if you have not already, that the recent version of TMS have removed TMS Agent legacy mode.  If you want to use the latest versions of TMS and take advantage of the features it provides, you will need to perform the migration, if not already done.

  No need to worry, is that the application (GUI/management) itself, which is 32-bit. The process responsible for the execution of virtual machines (vmware - vmx.exe) is 64-bit.

  One of the characteristics of Safe Mode is that it disables use of Firefox hardware acceleration of graphics. This method works around incompatibilities with some graphics driver software.

  Now, I'm running in network mode so I can know what to do next. I tried a restore of the system in safe mode, but I think that it only deleted windows updates and not something else. I can't find my toshiba recovery CD because we moved a month ago and it's somewhere in a box...

  So here I am. I work constantly on a slide show for Christmas and can't play or it end before my laptop works again. I also tried a during restart System Restore but I don't know my password of administrator and I tried a couple that I thought that I would have used during installation, but they were not good and so now he me off to run as administrator.

  I'm a newbie here, but have you tried...

  1. press F8 (press on and hold, or press repeatedly) while Vista boots, and then select Safe Mode. This should automatically open the account administrator (no password needed) and you can then reset your existing account to the administrator.

  2. simply delete all user accounts permits (including the one you are logged as) without forgetting to let the disabled administrator account. And then disconnect.

  3. use Offline NT Password & Registry Editor to unlock the administrator account or promote another user to the local Administrators group to regain access to your locked Windows Vista PC.

  4. also Vista has a hidden superuser account.

• Program runs correctly in administrator mode

  I installed Expression Web 3 and when prompted I entered the serial number. As soon as I pressed the button continue, I was invited by Windows 7 if I wanted to allow the program access, to which I said yes. The busy circle ran for a few seconds and then stopped, so I tried again. I tried to uninstall and reinstall with the same result. The screen is not clear, and I could run only the trial version.

  Then I tried loading Web 3 to run in administrator mode and everything went well, the serial number was accepted and told me that I would not be invited again.

  However, now when I try to launch the Web 3, if I run as usual, I am prompted for the serial number, if I run as administrator, I'm not. I tried it on my Vista and the number will in the first time, without problem. It didn't happen with other software I have installed on my W7 machine.
