  A few days ago, I was unable to watch videos from YouTube in 720 or 1080. Videos play very well, but the only option available in quality is 360 and that's it. Even on the videos that I know can be viewed on the parameters that are higher, especially the HD ones. I don't know what is happening. Nothing looks bad on my end and I have no virus. I hope it's something on the end of YouTube and that this problem will be solved upward soon. I also note that the option of speed on the videos are back and appearing whenever something seems to be wrong with the videos. For me at least. Any ideas on what this might be? Everyone knows this too? I hope that it goes back to normal, but it has been a few days and it's always like that.

When the video freeze arrives that the download bar is always before the bar of games so I don't think that download is the problem. However, when frost occurs, the download bar stop moving. When game bar catches up to the download bar, the sound also stops. If I move my cursor, the video and audio are starting to play again. As long as I keep my cursor moving, the video plays well. I use Firefox 18.0.1. The computer is an HP dv6-1350us with two processors. Operating system is Windows 7. I also sometimes use Chrome and the gel can't on Chrome.

  I've upgraded to El Capitan this afternoon on my MacBook Pro (late 2011 version) and since then have been essentially unable to use Safari as it freezes several times, forcing me to force to leave every time. I noticed that others on the Board had listed their etrecheck results, so mine are below.

  It has been quite frustrating - Safari was my go - to browser and seems today almost no functional for me. (Firefox works fine, no problem, then what is it with Safari?)
