  Please check the BIOS settings I m not very well how the option is called but looking for the LED Illumination and set it to disabled. You should find somewhere in the Advanced tab.

  Unfortunately the blue speaker lights cannot be disabled!
  The blue speaker lights are only available on individual units of notebooks P100.

  All portable P100 with Intel graphic 945GM has been delivered without the blue speaker lights and the P100 with nVidia graphics card are delivered with the speaker lights.

  Graphics card is correct because you said that the external monitor is working properly.
  So I guess that screen internal or the FL inverter is the troublemaker.
