Satellite L555-10T: BT mouse stoped working after account change Win7

You just bought a Satellite L555-10 t.
Installed win 7 (64) default, entered a userid (my own name) during installation, installed a mouse bluetooth (5000 ms). Everything works fine.

When I went into the menu accounts to add several user accounts, I saw that the precedent set account with my own name was an administrator account.
So I changed it to a standard account type and created another administrator account.
The system gave a warning about revoked certificates, but it was a not quite clear what would touch so I proceeded to change.
From that moment the bleutooth mouse stops working.

Removed the mouse bt and tried to reinstall it. When scanning for bluetooth (mouse/gsm) devices the system finds them, but is not able to communicate with them. Reverse my mobile phone does not even have the laptop.

Anyone ideas how to solve this problem?

This seems odd. Could check you if your Bluetooth security settings are always in the Standard configuration?
-Mouse-right click on the Bluetooth system tray icon-> Options-> Security. Set to default level

    What color is your Bluetooth system tray icon (it should be blue/white)?

    Allow Windows to fully - charge it will automatically load an audio driver, but let just this complete.  Then open your download folder, right-click on the IDT Installer and select "Run as Administrator" to launch the installation.  Once this done, do a right-click the speaker icon in the taskbar and select playback devices.  'Speakers and headphones' left click once to highlight, and then click the Set Default button - check if you now audio.

    I m not very well, but this problem could be linked to the USB/Chipset driver. So I recommend you a chipset driver update that you can download from the official page of Toshiba:

    In my opinion, it has something to do with the OS or drivers. I mean the USB ports work physically because you wrote that everything works if you plugin the devices after Windows starts.

    What operating system is installled and which is more interesting: what version of BIOS you have installed? Why I ask? Because there are 2 different BIOS versions, one for Vista (1.80) and one for XP (5.20) which means that when you Flash a BIOS XP on a computer with Vista installed then some functions do not work properly as the FN keys or the touchpad.
