  I have problems with my built-in webcam. It does not seem to be developed.

  Advanced application Toshiba Web Camera displays the options of normal auto focus or Macro, but all the options are greyed out meaning I can't select them. I think I may have not the right driver to allow these settings to be changed. Currently there is a driver 'USB 2.0 Camera' installed with a Microsoft driver dated 06/21/2006.

  I tried the Australian websites and European Toshiba for a newer driver and fails. I also tried to reinstall the Toshiba Web Camera Application where pilots have been grouped with it, but that doesn't solve the problem or update the drivers.

  The most recent software Toshiba web camera application for Windows 7 64-bit is the 1.1.1.15 version and also for Windows 7 32 bit.

  Before installing it I recommend to remove the old driver first (Control Panel > uninstall a program). Search for the webcam software and click on uninstall. Follow the instructions on the screen. Then, restart your computer. Download and install the freeware Ccleaner tool and do a registry clean. This can remove old registry keys and restart your computer. Then install the new software of the site Web of Toshiba webcam.

  You can buy compatible parts of the ASP from Toshiba (authorized service provider) in your country. But I don't know if you will get only the mono-GPU or if you need to buy the whole motherboard which contains this chip too m.

  HP has ugly support for driver or BIOS updates for out of production models.  We have no count on the help of the community.

  I m wondering really why to install the 32-bit version if the 64-bit version is fully supported and you can find all necessary drivers, tools and utilities on Toshiba download page.
  As you probably know, 64-bit version would be better due to overall performance and RAM usage.

  Can you please tell us which GPU Intel is in your machine? I can't find the exact model name. It must be integrated Intel GPU with shared memory.

  I'm not a fan of using a separate power supply to power a video card.  It can cause problems.  However, here is a video that will show you how it can be done:

  I have an HP dv4t laptop running 64-bit Windows Vista Home Premium that I have recently upgraded to Windows 7 Home Premium 64 - bit version. But since the upgrade my LCD screen flickers visibly. I have improved the video driver from Intel site, but the problem persists.
  The screen flashes is really annoying to the point that I think back to the original Vista operating system. I have already contacted HP support and they won't do anything because install Windows 7 on my laptop took out of warranty with them and besides, they say that I need to contact Midcrosoft now.

  You can not install drivers ATI ATI site because these drivers are not designed and certified for Toshiba laptops.
  These drivers can affect the functionality of notebooks and in worst cases could overheat your GPU

  On the Toshiba European driver page, you can find the ATI display driver v8.413.3.
  It was posted on 23/01/08 and it seems that there is a newer version which is available!
  Unfortunately, other driver graphic versions don t it right now.

  I'm not sure of what you ask for because you indicated that you are sure that it is the CPU but you have what it takes to update the graphics card.   You can use the management tasks (resource monitor) to monitor the CPU usage while the game is active and see if the CPU is limited (more than 70%).

  There is no way to predict how 20 cars will react to? resolution settings and unknown game?

  Install a Corsair power SUPPLY 600w PSU and give the NVIDIA one 760 go.  Find out what the return policy is before you buy.

  I'm sure you know that the drivers up to date on mobile computers is not like on desktop computers. I put t know how it works on other manufacturers, but it will be interesting to see if the most recent driver is available for laptops over a year.

  I have the same unit but with inside ATI graphics card. Sorry if I misunderstood something, but why you want to install driver chipset? Must the chipset driver be updated until you try to install the graphics driver?

  In any case I recommend you to use only the designed Toshiba chipset driver. It is tested and adapted for this hardware platform. I'm not 100% sure but I assume that your graphics card is with shared memory. Am I wrong?
