scenartist closed captions export results in the empty file of CCS

I imported my legends like MRS. When I export via the menu media export I get:

-----------------------

Scenarist_SCC V1.0

-----------------------

so no subtitles in it (it takes about 500 of them!).

If I export in other formats such as stl spruce, it works.

No idea why this is the case?

Hello there - if you try to take 708 caption data and put it in a sidecar of CSC, it won't work - CSC sidecar format supports data only 608.

  • Method of Report.Save, the report has been made in a new path, but why is the empty file?

    Hallo,

    I have a problem to save the report file in a new way.

    In my code, I used the Runstate.Report.Save(newpath, overwrite, 0) method to save the report.

    And after the excution of the test, I can find the file of report in the right place, but if I open it, it's empty, I mean, there's nothing in this report.

    Someone has an idea? Where is the problem? And what I could do?

    Thank you!

    Cabio

    Hi Cabio,

    Before answering your question, I would like to let you know that you can configure the path to the report file in the report file path tab report options.  You can choose from several options, including by specifying an expression that is customized for the report path.  This will allow you to customize where the report is saved without changing code.

    If this isn't meeting your needs, the problem you're likely to have is that you access report until the report is actually produced.  To access the report object after it has been populated, replace the ProcessCleanup callback, which runs after the report has been generated.  (see the example of navigation PreUUTCallback for an example of substitution of a reminder.

    Note: if you use TestStand 2012, this method will not work unless you configure Report Builder for not using a new thread.  You can configure this option in the treatment of dialogue by selecting the checkbox options more results.  If you do not want to use a new thread, you can access the report by changing the sequence of AddUUTReportAndSave in ReportGen_ATML.

  • When I export to HTML, the HTML file is not displayed

    Hi all

    I have a template that I modified. I've been recording and when I go to export it to HTML format, I can't find the HTML files. There are files CSS, image files, but not the HTML files.

    Is someone can you please tell me where I have gone wrong? I need to be able to export as HTML in order to show my boss files and send him everything so that he can see his computer via a browser without having to host them.

    Repeat the file > export as HTML in an empty folder.

    If you have manually deleted a file that was previously exported .html files to, Muse will think that they are still there and not re - export (assuming that you does not also remove the file muse_manifest.xml, where Muse keeps track of what is exported).

    Regardless, exporting to an empty folder will cause Muse of re - export all.

  • Export waveforms to the worksheet File.vi

    Hi all

    I try to use the waveform to export as a spreadsheet on a waveform that is added for the duration of a while loop with a registry to offset. The VI works fine and acquires all the appropriate data and the corresponding points however when I hit the stop button to exit the while loop is not fast or pop up asking me to save the excel file. The VI ends just after leaving the while loop.

    Nothing else has this problem? I think that I am likely missing a step somewhere, but I based the block diagram of a video presentation to youtube (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=GBhJk5Tnshc) and I can't seem to find my mistake.

    Please find attached my diagram and the VI and apologies for the link text above, I'm not sure on the exact validation protocol here.

    Any help would be appreciated!

    Ben

    Hi ofis.

    you alluded to run your VI on a target of myRIO!

    RIO platform usually has NO attached screen to display a UI to the user. When there is no interface user you cannot display a file on/in the user interface dialog box.

    Just provide a constant filepath to the VI WriteWaveform - and don't forget to choose a path is available on the target of myRIO: you can not record directly on the hard disk of your PC!

    On your VI:

    Why are you warking with a waveform at all? I don't see any setting of rates specimen, so a waveform of construction seems foolish to me! Simply collect your data in a table and use the simple SaveSpreadsheetFile function to save this table on disk (myRIO)!

  • ASA 5505 TFTP to one subnet to another creates the empty file

    Hello world

    The Cisco ASA 5505 does not seem to allow the TFTP connection between 192.168.5.103/24 and 192.168.10.202/24. TFTP is normally used in the same subnet, but not in my case. I have a DHCP relay that works, but when I use the free tool from one side to the other tool TFTPD TFTPD, it creates an empty file. Anyone know what config I could be missing in my Cisco ASA?

    Thank you in advance.

    Nathan

    Hi Jonathan,.

    1. check that tftp server is using the correct interface of the given subnet. (under Server Interfaces on tftpd32)

    2. check if the default gateway have a correct route to the TFTP server.

    3 make sure that TFTP server can reach the subnet of the client.

  • External table with the empty file

    Hello

    My version of db: Oracle 11 g

    I have a csv file that is empty.

    I created an external table the empty csv file.

    When I run:

    Select count (*) in the externaltblname;

    It returns 1.

    It should return 0 to the right.

    In the definition, I specified "SKIP 1.

    But he always returns 1.

    When I use this external table to load into a table target. It loads a single row with null values.

    How to solve this problem. Please advice.

    What works for me is the following (t_ext points to a blank csv):

    SQL > select count (field) in the t_ext;

    COUNT (FIELD)

    ------------

    1

    1 selected line.

    SQL > select ascii (field) in the t_ext;

    ASCII (FIELD)

    ------------

    13

    1 selected line.

    SQL > select count (replace (field, chr (13))) of t_ext;

    COUNT (REPLACE (FIELD, CHR (13)))

    -----------------------------

    0

    1 selected line.

  • Book PDF Export - purge disappears;  The individual files are very well

    I have a problem with the purge after the export of my book. I have an InDesign book including 8 files. After preflight, when I select "Export book to PDF", lost the document background parameters are not met. The purge is cut on the crop marks.

    "Export as Adobe PDF" settings are:

    Marks the selected printer:

    Landmarks of crop Type: default

    Registration marks weight 0.25 pt

    Color Offset 0.125 bars

    Purge and Sug:

    Use Document bleed settings (which are all 0.125)

    After that I exported this (AS A BOOK) bleeding do not arise. Everything is cut on the crop marks. But if I export the individual files that make up the book, it appears just as expected, that the same export Adobe PDF Settings.

    Thanks a lot for your help. I am at a loss for what to do.

    How about if you uncheck use of bleeding doc and manually enter?

  • Publish error - creates the empty file without extension

    Hello world

    I have trouble publishing a project. Basically, what happens is that when I publish to SWF, I have 3 files: a Javascript file, a SWF file, then an empty file with file extensions. I use Captivate 5 on XP and I update yesterday, so I don't know that I have installed the latest patch. I deleted my Captivate cache and deleted the Captivate Preferences folder, but that did not help.

    Everyone knows this? Can I publish earlier versions of this project, which leads me to believe that the file has become corrupt when I added audio. Any ideas? Should I just cut my losses and go back to an earlier version?

    Any suggestion would be appreciated.

    Thank you.

    Just in case someone else has a similar problem, here is what Adobe has done to resolve the issue:

    Remove the custom skin

    Use the default Skin

    Remove the Table of contents

    Change file name

    Problem solved.

  • Make the result of the empty calculation if a factor is equal to 0

    I found a similar discussion with this thread, but it didn't answer exactly what I needed. I wish that the result of a calculation that is simple to be empty if a factor is empty or zero.

    For example, I have a calcuation C field that is the sum of the fields A and B. A will always have a value, but B does not. If B is empty or 0, I C does not show any output value. Is this possible in Acrobat? Thank you.

    Sure. A custom calculation script might look like:

    (function () {}

    Get the first value in the field, as a number

    var v1 = + getField("text1").value;

    Get the second field value, as a string

    var S2 = getField("text2").valueAsString;

    Converts a string to a number;

    var v2 = + s2

    Set this field to the sum value if the second field is not empty or if not equal to zero

    Event.Value = s2 & v2! == 0 ? v1 + v2;:

    })();

    Hi all
    We are running Oracle 10 g. I modified an Oracle stored procedure instead of using the cursor for loops or bulk collect for use INSERT with the SELECT statement. Hello

    I guess that the error you receive notice when you were in that sequence was ORA-02287: unauthorized by sequence number. This is because you had the ORDER BY clause in there. If you get rid of it, you can just use the sequence number in the insert without the need first to select it...

    With ORDER BY

    Of course, I guess you want a new id for each row, as seems to be the name of the primary key column.

  • Turn on closed captioning power without using the playback controls?

    Hi there - I'm going to set up a movie I want to see the to use the playback controls.

    Is there that a the end user can enable/disable subtitles without using the CC button that normally appear in the playback controls (because it won't be there)?

    You can create a button or click box that toggles the CC variable and him allow this way.

    The watermark appears when opened in PS.  Photo attached.  I see that it appears here as well.  I'm confused.

    Thanks for your help.

  • How to remove header, time and date of the Subvi "export waveforms to the spreadsheet file?

    I use 'Export waveforms for spreadsheet File.vi' in order to export the labview data into a file.

    However, the default format is the following:

    waveform [0]
    T0 13/11/2009 14:54:34
    Delta t 0.001000

    time Y [0]
    2009-11-13 14:54:34 - 2.441406E - 3
    2009-11-13 14:54:34 - 2.441406E - 3
    2009-11-13 14:54:34 0.000000E 0

    Yet I am interested in only the actual data without header or stamp date and time, for example:

    -2.441406E - 3

    -2.441406E - 3

    0.000000E + 0

    Could someone help me please with the adaptation of the Subvi to my needs?

    Transposes set to true.

  • Read and write the empty file - InputStream

    Hi all

    I have a problem with the playback of a file.

    This is my code:

    I create my file and put my datas:

    try {
            String filePath = "file:///store/home/user/locations.txt";
        FileConnection filecon =(FileConnection)Connector.open(filePath,Connector. READ_WRITE);

        // Always check whether the file or directory exists.
        // Create the file if it doesn't exist.
        if(!filecon.exists()) {
            filecon.create();
        }

        OutputStream out = filecon.openOutputStream();

        out.write(data.getBytes());

        filecon.close();

    } catch(IOException ioe) {

        Dialog.alert(ioe + "");

    }

    Then I want to read my data but my inputStream is empty and I don't understand why...

    String filePath = "file:///store/home/user/locations.txt";
    FileConnection filecon = (FileConnection)Connector.open(filePath,Connector. READ_WRITE);

    // Always check whether the file or directory exists.
    // Create the file if it doesn't exist.
    if(!filecon.exists()) {
        filecon.create();
    }

    InputStream in = filecon.openInputStream();
    InputStreamReader  reader = new InputStreamReader(in);

    StringBuffer sb = new StringBuffer();

    final char[] buf = new char[1024];
    int len;
    while ((len = reader.read(buf)) > 0) {
        sb.append(buf, 0, len);
    }

    data = sb.toString();

    Thanks for your help...

    Welcome to the forum.

    Can't see anything obviously wrong.

    I suggest for now you change to use the SD card instead of the store and run in the Simulator with the SD card simulated as a directory.  You can browse the Windows directory and if, in fact, the file is created as expected.
