• HOW CAN I GET A BROWSERLAB TO APPEAR IN "PREVIEW IN BROWSER"?

  Using Dreamweaver CS4 or CS5? If you're using CS5, please make sure that everything is up-to-date by going to help-> updates...

  Once you're sure you're all to date, I think you should see the preview in browser option. But if you haven't, you should be able to go to the window-> Extensions and select the Adobe BrowserLab option that should make the BrowserLab panel appear inside Dreamweaver. From there, you can choose the previews Local or network and click the Preview button to view your screenshots in BrowserLab.

• Recurring gel due to periodic spikes in CPU usage.

  I am running Firefox v9.0.1 under Win7 Home Premium 64 bit, with a dual core T4400 from Intel (Core 2) CPU clocked at 2.2 GHz, 3 GB of RAM.

  This is a new (mis) behavior for FireFox.
  Problem appears as periodic, temporary freezing of the FireFox UI.
  During these times (during the period up to 30 seconds), FireFox does not display a new, will not respond to mouse clicks, will not be rendering typed text. These gels can affect performance systemwide, degrade the performance of other applications, even with minimal Firefox.
  Initially, I thought that it was due to the mail MS Outlook Web app... but it isn't. The same problem occurs in Firefox sessions that have ever loaded a page from Outlook webmail.

  I made up a few screenshots of the CPU usage and posted the result here. I post a PDF file if I know a site that would allow anonymous posters (more or less) to download a.

  This page consists of images taken from the Process Explorer of Russinovich utility to show the use system resources. There is no use of I/O, which corresponds to the use of the CPU.
  Firefox is without doubt the offending application.

  Everyone wants firefox run fast and hang free with a minimum of memory and CPU usage, but the ideals tend to conflict as much as Firefox is often used with many extensions and in all probability of tabs masses, which in turn could contain heary image takes over and maybe animations and video.

  Your original truncated screenshot had several containers of plugin, so little firefox was in a State of rest. You ae now mention webmail, and that conceviably would be a contributor to ramp upmemory usage and CPU spices then (CC & GC cycles) memory management.

  Regarding the differences between the use of the two profiles, you have these two profiles to compare, and can provide clues.

  Unfortunately troubleshooting tends to fall back on

  1. from firefox in safe mode and a clean profile.
     • If there are problems in this situation, that there might be a fault with firefox and a bug may require deposit in order to study
  2. Adding rear extensions and different test sites and behavior while watching for any problem to reappear

• T420: CPU periodically goes to the lowest speed for no reason

  I noticed a strange thing in my T420 - when SpeedStep enabled CPU passes at lowest speed periodically that immediately affects performance. Happening at the lowest speed, even when the CPU is at 100%. Then after a few minutes she returned to normal.

• Why does the period display NaN? What does it mean "NaN"?

  I have a vi that is supposed to measure values of period 3 and 2 tension using DAQmx.  The vi is attached.

  When I run the vi, I get no error, but one of the counters display NaN instead of a period (in seconds) value.  Why would this counter not appearing?  See the .jpg image of the screenshot, which shows the lights on the front panel, after execution and stop the vi.  Note that the period 2 shows "NaN" but, period 1 and 3 show a real value.  "NaN" only displays in "period 2" executing too. ' " "Period 2" never displays a numeric value.  Moreover, as "NaN" actually mean?

  (using 3 counters in the cDAQ-9174 and the module OR 9401 plugged into the chassis cDAQ; periods are measured from the encoders)

  NaN means not 'a number '.

  In your code, Mean.vi will return NaN (with the error-20003) if the input array is empty.

  What happens if you connect the signal of the 1 meter or 3 to counter 2? If NaN disappears, then there is a problem with the signal currently connected to the meter 2.

  1. Your current code, using usrs to (unitialized shift registers), will produce NaN when running for the first time.
  
  
  2. The size of the usrs to will increment at each iteration.
  
  
  3. If your VI is used as a Subvi, the means will be bad for the first 15 iterations since they will be calculated with the values of the usrs to--> previous lengths.

  You must use PtByPt.vi means that will calculate the average of the X last values without above mentioned problems.

• How can I change the value of the sample during my simulation period?

  I'm about to set discrete PID profile vi to specify the values of the period of sampling of the order hold block. At t = 0, I wish that the value of 0.5 and then change to 1.0 when t = 5. Currently, only 0.5 goes to the waiting order discreet block. I think it's because the block takes this value and then use it for the entire simulation, do not check to see if the value has changed. Is there a way to tell the block to check this value at each time step and then adjust if necessary sampling its period?

  What is your overall goal for the sampling period? You will change the value more than once? Or only from 0.5 to 1?

  The PID setpoint profile should allow you to specify a profile for the values to send to the hold. He will see property values. For example if you specify only t = 0 setpoint = 0.5 and t = 5 setpoint = 1, you'll find it ramp the setpoint in 0.5 to 1.0 for the first 5 steps of time. If you want the sampling period of stay up to t = 5 0.5 is reached you will probably want to three elements in the array. set = 0.5 point t = 0, t = 4.99 set = 0.5, 1.0 = set point t = 5.

  If you're just fill one step, (from 0.5 to 1.0) you can use the Index Timestep in the Simulation parameters to determine the sampling period. Is attached a screenshot of what I mean.

• Periodic table of the elements

  I created a table periodic elements, using a bunch of Boolean switches, color-coded and labeled as indicated.  Does anyone have any suggestions as to the best way to create a list of all the selected items?

  The PC application uses a touch screen.  The general idea is below.

  1 analyst clicks all the elements in the sample.  (I want to make sure the table only lists an item once, regardless if they click a button several times - I can make sure the button is disabled once they tap it once)

  2. in a second tab, there will be a list of all the selected items on the 1st tab.  There will be a keyboard here, so that the analyst may enter the percentage weight for each element in the sample.

  I've attached screenshots of what I have so far (not much).  You are looking for just a few general ideas - don't mean someone do my job...

  On the screenshot in your original post, looks like you are using only 1 counter, which is very good for low frequencies. Have you tried to use a two meter method that works better for the measures high frequency? An example that can be found below.

• Network connection out our off during periods of inactivity, loss of internet connection

  Vista prem 64 houses a dell studio xps 435mt, methinks periodicly lose my internet connection.  This is is produced several times during a download of 200-song itunes where pops up a message saying download failed to expire my network connection.  I also noticed that I have initially no network connection when I use my computer after a period of inactivity.  the network in my tray icon will have a red x through it to a connection restored after that I "wake up" my computer with the mouse.  It's particularly frustrating during downloads large/long because they get sometimes completely removed.  my power management is set to 'performance' and my monitor is the only thing that stops after inactivity.  everything else is set to always run.

  my computer is connected to a satellite modem (wild blue) through a linksys wrt54g wireless router.  the firmware on my router, as well as the driver for my network card ARE up-to-date.

  I read on the network cards with power management options where you can uncheck a box to disable the ability of the computer to reduce power to the / network card.  When I go to the tab power management on the config of my network card, so I have not this box...

• Bad backup period what windows drivers backup disk space

  I have exactly the same question as http://answers.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/forum/windows_7-performance/backup-dates-in-dialog-wrong/1a6ee4ed-adf1-4441-b847-1cf68a21c004. Since we are six years later now, I thought that I would ask him once again.

  When I click on manage space in the backup window, I get a list of backups that are labeled with, frankly, unusable dates. The screenshot below shows backup period "2015/12/12 to 12/12/2015. This is false, because the full backup was taken on 12/10. 12/12, I ran backup once again, leading to an incremental backup.

  The backup location is a Samba share on my home network. Outside the dates wrong, I got no problems manufacturing or management of backups.

  I wish to inform you that the period of time will reflect the date on which you make the last backup. It will not show you the last date on which you made the previous backup. Although it will be incremental backup files. You will have all the files that you have saved previously and with the current date save new files is added to the rear folder where you have all your old backup of documents.

• Replacement App screenshots

  I have screenshots for a PlayBook application that I would like to replace (the set) for 2 reasons *.

  If I submit a new together, most of the images will be ' ' look the same as the existing, but with some minor changes.

  However, I don't want to remove my old images until my new images have been approved.  EC which is frustrating (and thus why I write this issue) is that I'm not sure if there is a 'period of approval' to remove my images.

  If there is, there will be a period of time (days/weeks), I have the old images AND the new images I would go rather not through.

  Anyone know how long it takes to "clear" a screenshot of the app? What is immediate?

  * Side fact noted:

  1.) it would be really, really, really, really nice if I had the ability to sort my screenshots to ensure the order is like I want.

  (2.) the main reason I want to re-submit my screenshots is that during the first days of the PlayBook on AppWorld screenshots were more compressed to AppWorld to get really small sizes of JPEG file (which caused horrible pixelation), but worse yet I've noticed recently that the JPEG has been compressed/re-formatted for size? initially more compressed images and now the screenshots are simply terrible.  The only thing worse would be without pictures... so I only keep until I can do this swap.

  3.) Fortunately the launch BB10DA-A the PlayBook and the BB10 have been updated to generate images PNG (thanks!) so that the new images being downloaded will have all of the artifacts ;-)

  I met the same problem. I believe that when you remove them, they will still appear for a while on the caching devices, but will start to disappear from any device that queries the server for the product in question. There is certainly no ticket change request created when you delete them, so it seems that change is instantaneous from the point of view of the server (although maybe used 24 hours propagating changes applies... I wouldn't count on it however).

  What you can do is to add the new everything at the end of the list, wait for approval, then delete the 'old' at the beginning of the list.

• App World blackBerry enlarge screenshots (pixelated)

  Clicking on a screenshot in the app World de BlackBerry shows a larger image, but this picture just seems to be a larger version of the broken tile.

  This is how it works or is it because there is a default size for a photo that I should be entered in the portal?

  If you compare them carefully (in an appropriate program), you can see that the image isn't simply a version of in place of the smaller scale. Most probably the smallest is a lighter version of the larger, but in any case the largest has certainly some applied quite heavy JPG compression, which produces distracting artifacts in some cases.

  There was after discussions on all of this, including the discussion of a period where the artifacts were if bad that some of us took our screenshots of the card produced. The issues have been resolved then enough, but I'm sure that you will not see the image uncompressed in BBWorld anytime soon.

  I think that the default size is simply the most available grand... I use the screenshots full size of the Z10 at this stage (1280 x 768), uploaded as PNG files, in order to ensure the source material is perfect, even if compression and shrinking reduces the quality.

  Anyone know the best way to load the source excel file with several times, including periods of adjustment in HFM 11.1.2.4? I can't loading period adjustments in the < entity curr Wo > in the size of the value when the excel file contains several periods? I know one solution is to separate the periods and adjustments in two separate files, but is anyway to do it in a single file?

  Hello, I have a problem that I hope someone knows how to fix easily without having to create tables in a schema that things are moving very slow with our DBAs unfortunately because they have too much on their plates at the moment...
