    Hi @GOGO46,

Welcome to the Forums of HP's Support. It's a good place to find the help you need, other users, HP experts and other support staff. I came across your post and wanted to help.

Here are a few steps to identify the cause of the failure, or you get a permanent solution:

    • Perform a default bios.
    • Please run the diagnosis of Wi - Fi on your computer.
    • Steps to do: hold button power for at least five seconds to turn off the computer.
    • Turn on the computer and immediately press the F2 key repeatedly, once every second about.
    • The main menu of hardware for the HP (UEFI) PC Diagnostics is displayed.
    • Select pane control and run the wireless diagnostics.
    • Please check all electromagnetic disturbances in the area. (Such as the microwave ovens, GBA and mobile phones)
    • Make sure that the proximity of the laptop with your router.
    • Please disable the Bluetooth driver in Device Manager and check.
    • Please check in SafeMode with network.
    • You can also create a new user account to check to further isolate the issue.
    • If the wireless card is insensitive or not detected in diagnostic tests, or if the problem persists after trying these steps then the Wi - Fi card is defective and must be replaced.

For more details please go through the support document for troubleshooting wireless network and Internet (Windows 10)

And theres other question that I need the Ethernet controller

My laptop was vista operating system installed, but I change and put Windows XP

    Hello

    LAN installation is very easy.
First of all, you need the correct LAN driver.
In order to download the LAN driver please visit the Toshiba driver page and choose your model of laptop.

Once the LAN driver has been downloaded, you will need to decompress.
Then you will need to access the Device Manager, choose the controller Ethernet (network cards) and must point to the place where the LAN driver was decompressed.

    Then finish the installation procedure.

  • Satellite A660 - what to do with the new driver LAN wireless?

I received a message through TEMPRO to download a new driver - Wireless Lan Driver software 21/04/2011.
However, when I enter the download I do not understand what to do. Please can you help me?

He reads things or 4 possibilities: (and I don't want to make a mistake and ruin my connection)
    O WLAN downloads O 3 G downloads
    Knowledge O WIFI 3 G Knowledge Base

    What should I do?

    Hey Buddy,

TEMPRO informs you about new versions of driver and download them but the installation you need to do yourself. Similar Toshiba Service Station automatically do everything that the previous user has already written.

You have problems with the WIFI connection?
If this isn't the case, you can forget about this update. The driver updates are important if you have a problem.

  • Need Driver LAN for Satellite L550

    Hello
I own a Satellite L550 PSLWTA-00K00G (Australia) and cannot find a working LAN driver for Windows 7 64 bit.
The wireless works very well and has a driver, but the port wired ethernet does not work.

I tried the recommended * driver Realtek LAN Driver * from here: [http://www.mytoshiba.com.au/support/notebooks/satellite/l550/pslwsa-01000q/download?os=25 | http://www.mytoshiba.com.au/support/notebooks/satellite/l550/pslwsa-01000q/download?os=25]
And many other drivers from here: [http://eu.computers.toshiba-europe.com/innovation/download_drivers_bios.jsp | http://eu.computers.toshiba-europe.com/innovation/download_drivers_bios.jsp]

But whenever I run an installer it says * no. Realtek network card detected on this system *.
Is not supposed to because when I Check Device Manager it shows a 'controller PCI of communication Simple' need a driver.

Normally, I don't post requests like this on the forums, but I'm at the end of my mind trying to solve this one.

    Can someone help me?

    Thank you! It's very appreciated.

Fine has in the past? I mean you've got your laptop with preinstalled OS, do you think? Did you install own OS?
When you connect the cable LAN green light is turned on?

  • Where & how to install driver LAN for Satellite U200?

    Hello

I bought new Toshiba satellite U200. I don't use "product recovery cd" because there were PL version of windows. I have installed IN windows XP Home Edition and I downloaded the drivers from the Toshiba site.

Everything works without Ethernet LAN. There is information in the system that the Ethernet is not installed. WiFi Works but the cable does not work. Please help me to find the driver.
I bought this laptop yesterday in Poland. If you need more information please ask.

    René

The Image of Toshiba preinstalled contains an option to create a CD of Driver & own tools.
You must first create this CD. So if you want you can install the operating system new, fresh clean and after this procedure, you can use the drivers from Toshiba on this CD.

    Please note:
On the Toshiba driver page, you will find an installation instructions document.
Please follow this order of installation!
