'Secure the TCS Service Innovations' blocking of the user profile creation

Hi all.  Recently, we noticed that we are working on our migration Windows 10 there was a problem once we installed the version 8.9.3.7766 of the DDPE.

If we prep. clean an image of Windows installed and 10 produced Credant encryption, Dell Data Protection.  Until another user tries to log on for the first time, there is no problem.  When a user connects, the Office will be in charge with no icons on the desktop and so the system is more sensitive.

We discovered that if we disable the 'TCS Innovations of Secure Service', then remove us the damaged in "C:\Users" user profile and then remove the ProfileLIst registry.  Then, the user is able to reconnect with success and their profile is successfully created.  At this point, you can return to this service if you need it and there is no problem.

The problem only occurs for new users who log on for the first time on the system when the user profile is created.

What I did then, is to try to isolate the problem by installing the DDPE on a clean system itself with nothing on it.  The service will be installed, but it is not executed.

I want to know is "which allows this service?  Y at - it another software that allows this service?  For example, maybe when McAfee runs a scan?  Or maybe something else?

Yes, I know we can turn it off in the GPO, but disable this security feature would compromise our system?  I understand it is used for finger printing, connect you and encryption, but we do not use fingerprint on our scanning equipment.

Any comments would be great.

Hi TheInfamousOne17!

Security innovations TCS Service is an application and a set of drivers for Dell Data Protection contact the TPM module and a piece of hardware called the AOB (hardware Crypto Accelerator). This second piece of hardware is removed and is not back in the product. You can remove this software from the innovations of security with no impact to the RFP. E software since you do not put the AOB.

This product is installed as a secondary driver in the RFP. E installed and is currently removed from proceeds from later versions because of the depreciation of the HCA material.

I hope this helps!

  • The user profile Service has not logon.

I just added a new HD and a new installation of my HP Win7-64. I had to remove the disc and go back where I was before the update of the material. Finished with a dual boot? Win Vista - Win 7 (recovered) in the script. When I boot Vista (although it looks like Win7 and says on the screen) I get on ok but when I try to choose the Win7 (recovered) I get a failure at the level of the Office of logon "user profile service doesn't have the logon - user profile cannot be loaded.» The user is "Tom." I look at profiles of properties-user-computer and see C:\users\Tom - C:\users\updatus to-C:\users\Admin. I remove the Admin because it was the only one that Windows would allow me to remove. That did not help the problem of logon. I looked in the registry and see user users\Tom & users\updatus it.  Another road, that I took was advanced system settings. -Prof. of the user and I saw 'by default profile - 14/09/09 - Home\Tom - 11/12/12 & Home\Updateus User - 11/12/12. (1) what should I do with this problem of user profile and how do I get the ability to dual boot with Vista or Win7.

    Thank you...

I think you should check for malware. You will not have the particular malware that is mentioned in the following Article, but the Article describes in great detail to try to regain control of the computer. If regain you control, we hope, you can use system restore to go back ahead before the problem arose.

It would be useful to know what anti-virus software has been installed on the computer, as the ability to restore the system to function properly may be seriously jeopardized if you use Norton and some other software.

  • intermittent connection problem: 'the user profile Service service has no logon. The remote procedure call failed and did not execute. »

Hello, I'm having intermittent problems with logging in my Windows 7 computer.

Often after reboot due to applications of Windows Update or any simply restart after the holidays, I have the following message on trying to connect:

"The service user profile Service has no logon. The remote procedure call failed and did not execute. "

When I click 'OK', the machine disconnects and try to restart.  This can occur 2 to 5 times before _works_ .  But sometimes it happens at all.  And sometimes he _partially_ connects, but my "reminder" and the "Sidebar Gadgets' not loading not correctly and I get a different RPC error - for example, I lived once a message RPC over Skype cannot work because the remote procedure call failed.

I'm fairly certain that it is different from the frequently reported issue 'profile of corruption', which was experienced by others.  This problem manifests itself as 'the user profile Service does not log. The user profile could not be loaded "and is reported as a blocking problem consistently reproducible which is set by the 'fixing' of the profile.

However, the issue I feel is clearly related to an RPC problem is intermittent and not consistent - maybe one of my devices is not reset properly?  Where I can look in the logs of Windows, to provide relevant information on this subject?

Because my computer was still under warranty, I have raised the issue of Dell and they removed the damaged system file (user account) last week.

I hope that this will finally fix the problem (previously the error message disappear and reappear after a few weeks later.)  I'll give it a few more weeks to be sure.

  • Unable to connect "the user profile Service service has no logon. User profile cannot be loaded. »

Original title: cannot create the new user account
I have problems with the creation of user accounts:

-As administrator, I created a user account again (as an administrator).
-Appears in the Control Panel, but when I disconnected and tried to log on to the new account, an error message is displayed:
"The service user profile Service has no logon. User profile cannot be loaded. »
(I never deleted folder of user manually account.)
Switched back has original and saw there is no new user account in the users folder.
-J' rebooted in Safe Mode, and the new account appeared in the user folder. (???)
-Next time, I can log in with the new account.

Cause another problem, I deleted the most recent account (I have only created to solve a problem). Since that time one cannot create new accounts (the error message above is displayed always)!

I came across this problem while I was trying to solve another problem. If an answering machine Microsoft reads this thread, please check my another problem:
Windows 7 does not refresh the folder views

    You have an idea?

Ah ha!  Solved my problem (which is, I get a "Login failed" error when you try to connect with a newly created user)!

My problem was that I suspected that the permissions on the Directory/Users/Default.  It seems that "Everyone" needs at least read access (which I must have somehow removed).  Also, I noticed that this new directory of the user has not created before the opening of the session of this user (even if the user appears in the list of control panel).

My suggestion for anyone having this problem would be to check the permissions on the directory C:\Users\Default against a working installation.  But for a quick list, on my system:

Right click on the default directory (it has hidden directory if you must show hidden files/folders), properties, Security tab

-' Everyone' and 'Users' (modify, read & execute, list the contents of the file, reading)

-' SYSTEM' and 'Administrators' (control, modify, read & execute, list the contents of the folder, read, write)

Hope this is of some use to people.

    Hello Shashank,

Thanks for posting your query on the Microsoft Community.

I imagine the inconvenience that you are experiencing and I appreciate your efforts taken to solve the problem.

I suggest you refer to the suggestion of Nithyananda J replied on February 15, 2010 and check if that helps:

    http://answers.Microsoft.com/en-us/Windows/Forum/Windows_7-Security/Windows-7-Administrator-logon-failed-user-profile/04652778-1646-4bc9-9f5f-1c20273af15b

Important this section, method, or task contains steps that tell you how to modify the registry. However, serious problems can occur if you modify the registry incorrectly. Therefore, make sure that you proceed with caution. For added protection, back up the registry before you edit it. Then you can restore the registry if a problem occurs. For more information about how to back up and restore the registry, click on the number below to view the article in the Microsoft Knowledge Base: How to back up and restore the registry in Windows

Hope it would help. If problem persists always post back with the current state of your computer and the result of the proposed suggestion, we will be happy to help you.

  • Cannot connect to admin account (the user profile Service failed)

    Hi all
When I try to access my admin account, well I typed my password, BUT this message appears:

    User profile service failed
    User profile cannot be loaded

I can get my guest very well account, but can not use my admin... anything that can help please!
Anyone who can help would be great

This problem may occur if the user profile folder is deleted manually. A profile that is manually deleted does not remove the security identifier (SID) of the list of profiles in the registry. If the SID is present, Windows will try to load the profile by using the ProfileImagePath that points to a nonexistent path. Therefore, the profile cannot be loaded. To resolve this problem, see here: http://support.microsoft.com/kb/947215

  • The user profile service has no connection could not load profile __User

I use Windows 7 ultimate, I can't log on to the computer that shows me that "the user profile service has no connection. Unable to load the user profile.

    So how do I do?

This error can usually be fixed by following the steps below. All this requires a certain level of computer skills. You know better and that take the machine to a competent local computer tech (not a type of BigComputerStore/GeekSquad place) is the best solution for you.

1 log on to a different user account with administrative privileges. If you neglected to make an account additional administrative steps 2-3. Otherwise, continue to step 4. See also General information on setting up the accounts of users at the end of this post.

2 in Mode safe boot. This, by repeatedly pressing the F8 key as the computer starts. That you will get to the menu on the right where you can use your arrow key to select Mode safe [Enter]. The built-in Administrator account is disabled by default in Windows 7. However, if no other administrative accounts exist on the system it can be activated. If this is the case, you will see an icon for the administrator on the homescreen mode without failure. Login to the administrator.

3 If you don't see the icon for the administrator mode safe account, then the built-in Administrator account is always disabled so you will need to work more. If you have a Windows 7 DVD installation (not a recovery DVDs), you can start the system with it. Select the default language, then select "repair your computer". Then select "Command Prompt". At the command prompt, type:

NET user administrator / Active: Yes [Enter]

[Note: do not enter the brackets!]

If you do not have an installation DVD (only have a recovery disk), the computer mftr. may have given you the option to repair the system Windows 7 (not a system recovery!) in the menu diagnosis. This menu of diagnosis is the same one where you can choose Safe Mode.  Or you can make a bootable DVD of Windows 7 repair of the file on this link:

    http://NeoSmart.net/blog/2009/Windows-7-system-repair-discs/

Note: All the Neosmart recovery disk downloads are torrent files. There is a good explanation of the torrent on the site Web of Neosmart files. You will need a torrent asmuTorrent client to get the files. Torrent client will download the .iso file with which to create the bootable DVD. If you create the bootable DVD in an older operating system, you need third-party burning like Nero, Roxio or free ImgBurn software to burn the .iso image image file, not in the form of data. Windows 7 can burn the .isos natively.

Now, remove the rescue DVD you made, restart windows system and log into the built-in Administrator account, you enabled.

    4. try a system restore to when things worked. If you can log in to your user account, you are finished. Otherwise, continue to step 5.

    5. the critical files are under % systemdrive%\users\user-account\ntuser. The ntuser.dat file is actually a registry hive. Run Regedit high and select HKEY_USERS and "load hive" in the menu. Now, go to:

    HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows NT\CurrentVersion\ProfileList

There is a line for each profile. If a profile is bad, check:

    (a) that the name of the key does not stop in ".bak" (remove .bak If it)
    (b) that the RefCount value is 0 (change it if it is different)
    (c) that the State value is 0 (change if different)

Make the necessary changes, close Regedit and try to connect as this user.

    6. If that doesn't solve your profile, it is corrupt. When you do that, you should make a new Standard user account and copy your data to it. Do not delete the old account until you have recovered data you need!

Once everything works, go to the additional administrative account you will be made by the suggestions below and disable the administrator account integrated yet for security reasons:

Start Orb > Search box > type: cmd
When cmd appears in the above results, right-click and choose "Run as Administrator" [OK]. Now, you will get the command prompt. At the command prompt, type:

NET user administrator / active: No. [Enter]

    Exit the command prompt.

General recommendations for creating users in Windows 7

You absolutely don't want to have only one user account. Like XP, Vista and all the other modern operating systems, Windows 7 is a multi-user system with integrated system of accounts as default Administrator and comments. These accounts should be left alone because they are part of the structure of the operating system.

In particular, you do not want account only one user with administrator privileges in Windows 7 because the administrator account integrated (normally only used in emergencies) is disabled by default. If you use as an administrator for your daily work, and this account is corrupt, things will be difficult. It is not impossible to activate the built-in administrator to rescue things, but it can be more work you want to do. Better not to put you in a bad situation at first.

The user account that is for your daily work must be a Standard user, with the extra administrative user (call it something like 'CompAdmin' or 'Tech' or similar) only it for elevation purposes. As a user Standard is recommended for security reasons and will help protect your computer against infections. After you have created "CompAdmin", connect to it and change your normal user account Standard. Then log on to your regular account.

If you want to go directly to the desktop and ignore the Welcome screen with the icons of the user accounts, you can do this:

Start Orb > Search box > type: netplwiz [Enter]
Click continue (or provide an administrator password) when you are prompted by UAC

Uncheck "users must enter a user name and password to use this computer". Select a user account to connect automatically by clicking on the account you want to highlight and press OK. Enter the password for this user account (when it exists) when you are prompted. Leave blank if there is no password (null).

Plan h - while another user said that it was caused by a file Windows Live problem

This is the thread I can not create a new user account (Windows 7): the user profile service service doesn't have the logon

You find it difficult to follow the thread as it's long and reported problem by different people to confuse it and there is also a bit of bickering [long filaments often end up being quite incomprehensible].

..., See references to the event viewer in the middle of page 4 and Windows Live we [at the bottom of page 2 more on page 3].

I see not the logic of the any of those things, but if one of them do things long enough that you are trying to create new accounts that works, you will know how in the future until a proper solution is found.

This is the useful part where this user has tested the solutions proposed in this thread linked above: -.

This has proved to contain leads to a difficulty.  Have to admit, when I read everything the first time, several days, I did indeed find it confusing and even the parts that I "heard" (sorta) does not appear to be related to my symptoms.

It turns out that the answer of JDMICHAL May 17, 2011 contained this:

    (1) C:\Users\Default\AppData\Local\Microsoft\Windows open live
    (2) this directory has two subdirectories with a single file of each. Go into each directory and apply the following:
    (a) make a right click on the file, open the properties.
    (b) click the Security tab.
    (c) it will issue a message: "to continue, you must be an administrative user with permission to view this object's security properties. Would continue you? ». Click on the button continue.
    (d) click on the Add button...
    (e) ' everyone' type in the box at the bottom of the dialog box. Click on "check names"; It should be emphasized the "everyone". Click OK.
    (f) ensure that the new "Everyone" entry "read" and "read & run" check under the column "allow".

After doing this for two files, attempt to connect to the account. He must undergo.

The procedure (bascially) worked... Although the different answers on my system differed slightly along the way (perhaps due to the slightly different versions of Win 7?, because I was already logged in as an administrator?).

In any case, "Everyone" with the read and read/execute permissions adding to these two files seems to have done the trick:

    C:\Users\Default\AppData\Local\Microsoft\Windows Live\Bici\Bici1_00.sqm

    and

    C:\Users\Default\AppData\Local\Microsoft\Windows Live\SqmApi\SqmData720896_00.sqm

Thank you for leading me to this!

  • The user profile Service service is not the user of the sign-in profile cannot be loaded.

I have a Lenovo W520 ThinkPad with Windows 8 Pro.

I've seen a lot of posts about this problem and have tried many solutions.

I made no changes before the problem.

I only count one (with administrator privileges)

What I tried (some of them based on other posts with the same problem):

    (1) verified that my login details are just by connecting to the Microsoft.com site from another computer.

    (2) attempt to restore to an earlier date - "system restore failed when copying from the record since the restore point. An unspecified error occurred during system restore. (0 x 80070570)".

Booted 3) disc of recovery of the operating system, but always connect failed.

    (4) for the startup, consulted system utilities: auto repair of Lenovo does not solve the problem.

    (5) for the startup, did a hard shutdown, repeatedly causing Windows force an automatic system recovery, but that did nothing.

    (6) activated the account administrator to the command prompt. After the reboot, it did not have new logon accounts; just my default account.

    (7) I have tried the option repair (which seems to be less severe than the restoration, but still not desired) but the disk that Windows 8 is on is locked and I did not understand how to defeat that.

It is not a problem with Windows 8; just log-in.

I have not tried to change the registry as some recommended positions - that option scares me.

I have not tried to restore the laptop from the recovery of the operating system disk as it will sweep everything on the hard drive.

  • cannot get past error - could not connect the user profile service

    Hello

    You can try the following.

Shut down the PC.  Tap away at f8 that you start the PC to enter the Windows Recovery Console.  Use the arrow keys to select Safe mode and press ENTER.  If windows will load in this mode, on the Start Menu, click principally made programs, click Accessories, click System Tools and run the system restore.  Choose a restore point at least 24 hours prior to the issue of logon and then proceed to the restoration.  When you are finished, Windows will restart as normal in order to check if you can now connect correctly.

Another option if the above does not help is as follows.

Shut down the PC.  Tap away at f8 that you start the laptop to enter the Windows Recovery Console.  Use the arrow keys to select "Start using last good known Configuration" and press ENTER.

    Kind regards
