  the strange thing is that only a part of the image is displayed and I don't know why! I have test it on bb 9000, so I know it has 480 x 320 and my picture is 480 x 176, so it must be shown.

  OK, I'm surprised that adding text did not work.  Apologies for suggesting it.  Can you tell me what JDE level you try and I have a go here.

  Anyway, the normal way to display a bitmap using a BitmapField.  This should always give you the entire Bitmap.  Give it a try.  You won't have to replace the paint using a BitmapField!

  Another approach, perhaps a little more elegant (?). Create a collection that includes images for the slideshow. Include the background image in the collection. Drag the background image in the Panel to designate. Then, remove this image from the collection and create the slide show. I just tried and it works, too.

  I thank assani, but it wasn't the answer. The problem was, I finally understood, that the "option for generation of quality and preview thumbnails" wasn't on "high quality" as it usually is. I have no idea how this happened as I never change this option.

  I have been using the quick selection tool to select the images that I want to remove it from their origins or change separately. It still works well, except for hair.   I'm sorry but there is no way to do this. The iOS system is currently not able. This article can help explain how iOS displays images.  Order of Photos in iOS

  The only alternative would be to create an Album in the Photos App (you can rearrange manually) or use a 3rd party App. None Displays the names of files. You may need a MacBook to do what you want.
