  There could be several reasons. Why not send the file directly from your email client (I assume you tried to use the e-mail option in Acrobat that sometimes is not configured to work with your system). In the past, Acrobat requires a MAPI connection to use electronic mail.

  In Adobe send, you can receive notifications when a recipient views a file you send. This option is selected by default, but you can turn it off by selecting the file in the list of sent files, then clicking on the "eye" on the far right icon view the history of this file.

  Hi again Steve - I have spent a lot of time on the phone this morning to Dell technical support. the accompaniment of the victim and I did a lot of fiddling around with various options of Windows Mail and I don't know exactly what we were doing, but the issue seems to have resolved itself!   the right hand popup will give you a choice of "name the copy", copying the name and the e-mail address or the e-mail that if that's all that is there.

  You can send a file to up to 200 recipients in each "transaction". Hope that answers your question.

  From Saturday 12:00 THIS my ziggo email that I updated my icloud email addresses to forward doesn't to icloud.

  Any other mail sent directly from my ziggo addresses also won't happen.

  All mail to other areas (so don't not me.com/icloud.com) of ziggo has no problem and happens almost instantly.

  It seems that the enamel of ziggo areas somehow got on the black list or something.

  Thanks, but I solved the problem myself.  My account information is entered incorrectly.
