The normal procedure would be to press alt or F10 to display the menu bar, but we've already been there. -
When I send EMAILS there are 2 copies of all E-MAIL sent in the sent items folder. When I send an E-MAIL to me only 1 copy is received in my Inbox, so I guess that the recipients of email received my E-MAIL sent only receive 1 copy & not 2 copies of the sent e-mail message.

If your help gmail or hotmail (in it's many names), then your provider add sent mail as it passes through their system and Thunderbird is addin because it leaves.
Menu (alt + T) tools > account settings > copies and folder and Thunderbird set to not save copies of sent mail

Import old box Inbox and sent in the Mail after upgrading to El Capitan
There has been much discussion about the e-mails lost after upgrade to El Capitan, but I have not seen this particular question.
I discovered that, like many others, all emails in my Inbox and in my sent folder to leave before the upgrade had disappeared. The issue has not affected the emails I had moved to folders.
Open the mail library file (in the Finder, hold down the Option key selecting go to the top menu and the library appears), I discovered that Mail was created a new file V2, account, while the old one, V3 (created in 2013), sitting next to her. Go by the size files, it seems fair to assume that the V3 still contains my "lost" emails
So, I don't know if the bug is that a new V2 should have been created at all, or is it a sync error, or something else. What I know is that when I try to import the items from Inbox and sent from the V3, I get an error message telling me that no mbox valid was found. This is patently false.
I also tried to copy on an external hard drive, gave them a different name, but even then I couldn't import them. Reconstruction did not help either.
Anyone able to help? I have a few crucial e-mails out there, and I try to avoid the upgrade...

best way to add and change the menu all programs without turning off UAC?
I just download HJsplit, as someone has sent me a video file into segments to overcome the limitations of attachment size. HJsplit doesn't require installation, but UAC is actually prevents me from adding it to the start menu.
What would be the 'proper' normal procedure to add it to the menu all programs on the start menu, preferably in an existing folder, called "utility" without having to go through two reboots to turn UAC on or off?
If there was a previous version of Windows 95 and XP, I would have included the word "shortcut" in the paragraph above.
Essentially the same as option B in my two ways, but without the use of the command prompt to start the Explorer. I must have accidentally deleted the icon from the Windows Explorer of my account administer as I find it, but it appears in my standard account and backup my admin account. Hey Joe,
You can disable the notification under Windows 7 as well. To turn off Notification
1. open devices and printers
2. Select the printer
3. in the menu above the icons click the print server properties
4. go to advance tab, disable notifications of information and save the changes.
This would prevent the pop-up message.

Hello
I have my setup of email from work with the settings of Outlook Web Access by using BIS. I receive emails from others on my device, but at certain times in the day I receive on my phone, massively, emails, I sent from my PC.
I will also receive "delivered" to my PC only for the email, I answered my phone.
No idea why? Thank you in advance for your help!

A few weeks, I just change my signature to email hotmail via the menu options, and since then, a big grey box appears on the emails that extends from left to right and is also important. I went into the signing options, re-created the signature, and for 3 weeks completely removed the signature, but I always get the grey box display. Email being accessible via www.hotmail.com, and I don't have the problem, when I answer emails via my iPad2.

Is it possible to create a page that will not be displayed in the menu bar?
I would like to create a page that my visitors will be sent to only after submitting a form. I want this page to be unique and not available through the navigation bar. Whenever I have create a page in the plan view it appears so in the menu bar or in one of my submenus when I create a subpage. Is it possible to have a page that is "invisible" to the menu bar?

Under the PLAN form, do a right click on the page you want to exclude from your list of menu, go to the Options Menu and select exclude Page of Menus.

Problem with blocking of messages to be sent on the form
I have a PHP form 5 required fields, 3 of which are in the drop-down menus.
To validate fields, I created the following tables:
required fields

Text fields were easy to validate. The drop down menus were a bit difficult. After some trial and error, I came with a validation code to my drop-down menus. Here is the validation code for the type of report:

To answer my own question, I closed the Keynote used AppCleaner to get rid of the supporting files for Keynote, then restarted the app and everything was fine.

The menu bar clock freezes after recovery from sleep mode
After the upgrade to Sierra, I noticed that the clock in the menu bar (top right) show wrong time. This occurs when the iMac comes out of his SLEEP. When I hoover the pointer of the mouse on the clock, it would turn into a spinning ball (i.e. no response).
