  • Window is maximized, but not in format full screen

I have a laptop HP, Pavilion dv5. My problem: I open a window, but the right side is stopped by an imaginary line about 2 inches on the side of the screen (in other words, it does not whole screen). This happens when the window is maximized; otherwise, it appears as normal. I can resize the window by using the arrows, but none appear on the right side and I can't drag and drop further than this point.

My wallpaper appears normal (takes the entire screen), the taskbar background to run either the width and the desktop icons have not changed. My screen resolution is set to the highest standards. I tried to reset the and defining their return, but this does not solve the problem. I checked the monitor drivers, but did not encounter any problems.

I had another problem install an HP printer the day before, this has happened. I uninstalled the drivers, as I was getting popups of status generally associated with improper installation. Then I restored the computer and restarted. After that she came back, I was able to open a window normally, but after a few seconds she aligned back on the right side as shown above. I tried restarted several times to nothing does not.

My only other theory is that my Wacom tablet has been plugged during the system restore and also this problem. I have since uninstalled the driver and rebooted, but the problem is still ongoing.

for some reason any (Ithink my fiance ' has done something) when I open a new window opens in a narrow band at the center of the screen. How can I fix it to open full screen?

    Three options.

1: take the corners of the window and drag it to the format full screen. Do not use to expand. Close all other windows first via the taskbar and the latter. Windows will remember the size of the last closed window the next time that you open the program.
