  I am using Captivate 5.5.

  I have four boxes of a slide is clicked.  Three boxes when you click see the one click an image and then display a legend of success.  Then click on box shows a legend of success but also has the value "pause project until user clicks on.

• Captivate 4 crashes when I try to add a click box to a slide

  I know that this is not an advanced feature, but it's certainly an aggressive bug. I have created several movies using the Clickbox button to add the boxes to my slides without problem, but I have a 4 in captivity file that crashes every time I click the Clickbox tool or try to stick a Clickbox from another film. The problem was created in the same resolution and using the same techniques as non problematic files. Any ideas on what could be the cause or am I stuck with a corrupted file that I need to remove?

  Maybe it's just a misunderstanding on my part: I read that you "exported" to the new file? Rick (Captiv8r) offered to copy/paste from the first to the new file. If you do this and take a small amount of slides at once, maybe, you will be able to detect corruption of (a) or the blades with corrupt objects. In this case, you only have to rebuild these slides and could recover the other slides.

• Click several boxes / buttons

  I have several boxes click on a slide for different purposes. The first is to navigate to the next slide. The other two are positioned on the text of the legend to act as a link to a web page in a new window to launch. Each click box works as planned, except that two click boxes to launch a web page a click, the film advance to the next slide. I just want to move forward when the user clicks on the box w / the action to go to the next slide in the sequence.
  
  The box click w / the action to go to the next slide is configured to pause the movie until the user clicks. Click the other two boxes are configured only to launch their respective web pages.

  If you change the properties of the objects box click on open the URL, click the down arrow to the right where you typed the URL. I'm guessing that you have already been in this place, because I'm assuming that the URLS are open in a new window.   It would be easier to change the default settings before you capture, to some of your questions. Edition, preferences, default values

  For editing: many accordions in the box click Properties panel have the button "apply to all items of this type. It's the small curved arrow top right of the accordion. You can use this:

  • When you apply the start time and "for the rest of the slide" at all, click boxes
  • in the Options to apply parameters of Pause and legend to all click boxes
  • in the Action to apply measures of success to all click boxes

  What is not possible for click boxes, because they do not have an object style, is to use this to CB on the slides of your choice.

  I've got interesting investigation of one of our users of the system. He wants to have several boxes of quick search for different entities (call, request, task) visible in the toolbar of the VSM wrapper.

  So is it possible to change the default display of the toolbar by adding additional quich search box? Or maybe it is defined in the control of the axe and could not be changed at all.

  I don't think that this is possible. The quicksearch is part of the package. You may be able to save a feature request to add this feature. Of course it would be for EXFO if they decide to implement or not.

  I think you use the same name for each box, right?

  If so, each box has an index number that represents its position relative to other copies in the XML tree and when you add, remove, or rearrange the copies the index will be always recreated because it's how XML works.

  There is no way to stop the Designer to do this, I'm afraid.

  I'm relatively new to ColdFusion. It's the simplicity, as well as Dreamweaver insert/update/delete assistants, have helped build clean enough applications for database insertion, recovery and deletion and display.
  
  However, I have to be able to insert several selections of boxes as multiple records in a table, and I am running into problems. I guess this sort of thing is the premise of virtually any shopping cart out there, but I can't seem to find any good information on in my 'develop with CFMX manual' or my "Kit of Construction CFMX Web App" book or on the web also. (The only examples for the page of the form or the action page are a static box!)
  
  The basic premise of what I'm trying to achieve:

  This selection is associated with the user. (CUSTOMER_ID)

  I currently have 4 boxes click on a slide.  The student must click to find out what surprising ingredient is included in each product.  However, after clicking on one or two, the slide appears out max on time and no other boxes click then display the text when you click on it.  I saw a few other elements published on this topic, but I'm at the beginner level and it mentioned or advanced collection actions.  Can you provide step by step details for how to ensure that the student is able to click and see all four boxes text, before moving on to the next slide?  I have a screenshot below - thank you!

For the click boxes that break is at the end of their calendar, which is in your case the end of the chronology of the slide.
