Although I was able to restart the service through administrative tools, Services I would like to understand why this service should pick out? It involves service of buggy code that can't cope? I've rarely met other Services just to die. No idea why this is happening and how I could avoid happening again as a normal user do not know how to fix it.

  Hello, these accidents are caused by security software Websense point of endpoint that runs on these systems. There should be an update for this program available that solves this problem - maybe you will need to contact Websense customer service...

  Can I deploy the same virtual machine (XP Pro), with the same machine name and the same GUID for several machines on a network without going through issues such as errors of names duplicate etc. Or will I sysprep prior to deployment.  If so, is there an easier way to do it?

  Not sure if this is important, but I need to use Bridged networking due to problems with our personal firewall.

  You will need to deal with the dupe GUID. Sysprep is a method.

• New tab page is not synchronized between several PCs

  I use Firefox on three PC and FF Sync is enabled on each of them. Two of the three PCs have the "speed dial" on the new tab page (6 pages, most used) while the third PC only shows a blank page. Why isn't it synchronized? Or is it supposed to be synchronized in the first place? (I have verified synchronization options 'Options').

  I discovered something important - I use Tab Mix Plus, it has an impact on what is happening on the new tab page and its setting are possibly not synchronized automatically - at least, I found there is a choice "sync Options" in Tab Mix Plus and it has been disabled.

  It will probably be the cause of my problem. Thanks anyway a helping hand.

• I want to clone my hard drive and this clone allows you to configure a new computer, how do I do this for several PCs with different versions of XP?

  I am trying to replace 15 PCs.  They all have XP because their BONES, bought with different SPs at different times.  They all have been updated to SP3...  They have all MS 2003, upgaded to MS 2007.  I would use a clone as image.  I do not support different key codes?  Although the XP are authentic, I may not all key codes.  My predessor has not keep good records, and stickers on some had labels of Vista.  Even if the PC was bought with XP downgrade.  I need to use XP because of some other software requirements.

  What is the best way to represent all the PC so that I can get back them to my users?

  • Just go to Eclipse\plugins\net.rim.ejde\vmTools
  • Copy sigtool.csk, sigtool.db, and SignatureTool.jar files
    
  • Paste these files in the same folder from another PC structure

  Is it possible to install 6 Lightroom on multiple PCs, assuming that you have purchased a single user license version I have (via Amazon download, around £100), provided that a single computer running the application at the time?   I have a Nighthawk X 4 and two computers Windows 10. One is the other WiFi and ethernet. I have a USB key connected to the router. Both have the router appear under network in Windows Explorer as one of the computers is off. When two computers are put on, only shows the router. And that's who was shot first.

  I got it to work. I know exactly what part did, but I did the reset and made a place in non-destructive BONE crush on both machines.

  The card I used in a Dell 670 has failed in other Dell platforms, with other computers not starting not completely.  It appeared as if the PCB pulled down the supply voltage of bus, for lack of a better explanation.  Now, the original Dell 670 boot no more with the card installed.  Is there something that could be an easy control to see what is happening?

  Thanks for responding. I think that the problem is resolved for now (the replacement of a card the fixed was the PXI-8335, the PCI-8335), but it would be nice to understand the reasons for the symptoms.

  To repair, the PXI-8335 are transferred to another location within the PXI chassis. On the other hand, another card PXI-8335 was put in the same slot PXI-1000 b and then works the optical fiber link. For some reason, the PXI-8335 original card that worked at the same time, no longer works.

  I'm curious as to the mode of failure of the PXI-8335, which was replaced. It was a progressive deterioration, or something has suddenly failed? I am also puzzled as to why the heat sinks have so hot when you drive a fiber optic link. If the relationship deteriorates, the map drive LED to a higher level to compensate for?

  These are questions of material beyond the scope of my immediate need, which was to get the fiber link online. Now that is done!
