  I tried the simple data client and simple example of data server. I tried this example to connect to a NAS device. My laptop properly communicates with the device since I ping the address of the NAS device and discovered it works perfectly fine. Also, I put the static IP of my pc even as the NAS. So everything I've done. But when I run the program giving the ip address of a NAS device, it shows an error 63.

  I am new to ODI. I have a couple of store data related issues. In fact, I am facing some problems, so I would like to have clarification.
  
  1. I imported the definition of a database table in a model. Later, I added a few columns to the database table. However, after having overthrown the model the new columns did not appear as a column in the data store. When I click on view the data, I could see the new columns. I expect that the new columns should have been displayed in the model tree.
  
  2. the key constraints have been defined in the database schema before reversing the model. However, these do not appear in the model. However, primary key constraints are listed.
  2A. I manually created the FK constraints in the model. On the definition tab, I gave the same name as it appears on the database. Also, I chose the type of the constraint as a reference database. And I checked activate on the database check box. These three steps are correct? The columns tab was completed as one might expect.
  
  These questions really (1 and 2), or am I missing a step? If I miss the point 2, to create the FK constraints manually, are my steps like 2 correct?
  
  I use ODI 10.1.3.5 and Oracle 11 g 2.

  on the Tools menu, you will see "Unloading of database" option. That's what you're looking for (the 'Export' label has been changed to "Unload".

• FDM export issues: incomplete DAT file

  We have problems in the process of exporting to a place. The creation of DAT files seems to fail at halfway. The question seems to be intermittent, as we have 2/3 shipments pass on the total 5.   Sorry for the long interval.

  After some analysis, we found that it could not any charge which was more than 15 minutes. This has led us to some of the configuration of COM + adapter FM11x-G5-C. When we looked at the parameters that we found in the parameters "Pooling & recycling", the "time-out (minutes) was set at 15." Increase this value to a higher number finally solved this problem and the loads completed successfully.

  I tried with #2010-03-31 #; I tried the dd-mm-yyyy; I tried the backslashes; I tried to use a date() function; and I tried cast() and I'm stumped.
  
  As far as I remember, I put the global date format in dd-mm-yyyy.
  
  The column that I need to analyze will finally be a timestamp with time zone column (for a plugin works).
  
  However at this point, I can't do a simple working either date column, so it's just a problem of syntax newbie.

  The code above worked perfectly well, but it has stopped working suddenly. I added TRUNC selecting them in the table, and then by comparing the dates. It's working now.

  could you be more specific on what exactly "stopped working" means?

  Was it wrong? It was simply not up all the data in the cursor that you open?

  as long as NextRunDate and lv_nextRunDate are real and not varchar2 dates and data are correctly configured (I can't see the definition of your table or your data) then nls_date_format changes shouldn't affect anything.

  As a general rule, you should never write code that depends on the session variable NLS_DATE_FORMAT - always treat dates as dates, never as a varchar, except if you decide to display it or converting a string to a date, then you must indicate the exact format the date is explicitly using the format of the functions to_char() and to_date() mask parameter.

• Simple Data Acquisition question please Help!

  I have problems with a simple LabVIEW program.

  I'm analyzing two inputs voltage and at the moment I have the VI work so that both are analyzed at 10 k Hz simultaneously and displayed in two tables of waveform.  What I would do, it is write values for them at 1 Hz in an excel spreadsheet or a text file with the time, the value of the first and the second value.  So I would create an array of [value1, value2] and export that to a line in a text file, I can analyze and then later in excellent.  I want to keep it that way for the duration of the program. In addition, it is possible to have the LabVIEW to generate such a table statistics once the user closes the loop, it would be even better.

  I can only assume that it is not too complicated, but I've never done any export data and just a quick explanation probably will save me a lot of time.  Any help would be great, even if it's just to say "use this feature.  Thank you very much.

  Please post on the Forums of NOR. I could take an example that was similar to yours and organize data in the format you want. I've included a photo as well as saved for LabVIEW 8.6 VI. I took the data from the berries that were from the channel to read and handle while he was in the format of time, channel 0 channel 1. Hope this helps and let me know if you have any questions.   Hi, the name of workbbok is degfaulted for schema + tablename. For this, it is too long > 32 because. try entering your own workbook name in the Panel options.
