  I try to activate my vmware discover 4.0 computers to office next to my network.

  So I installed a security server in the DMZ.

  Baptized vdi and added to mydomain.com WORKGROUP.

  I have set up a vdi.mydomain.com DNS record.

  Looks like you will need to define your external URL here is a link to the Administrator's guide and I think that the external URL is on page 97.   Also, remember that you need to be in partnership with a server connection uses do not direct connect mode, open port 3389 to your security server in your vdi desktops, and PCOIP does not work via a security server.

  Can I know how much is possible to export the local security settings (including local policies, event log, models of administration) to a stand-alone Windows 2008 Server to a single file (for example, html or txt)?

  Fatal error: the security file was created in blend mode, but the current environment is not blending mode... Restart Essbase using the last backup file, or set the ENABLESWITCHTOBACKUPFILE config to allow Essbase automatically uses a backup security file

  We have updated the essbase.cfg and define the TRUE ENABLESWITCHTOBACKUPFILE but that didn't work.

  Also, we have renamed the file essbase.sec in essbase_bak.sec and restarted the service. still no luck.

• "Update security settings" mail exchange

  I looked and I do not think that someone posted a fix or a solution to the problem.

  Yep, I got this same notification when I was on 2.2 as well. I do not now understand with 2.2.1. You should get the update in the not-too-distant future.

  I solved this problem.

  Its very simple all my code and approach was right.

  Everything I did wrong is an active directory account to create the partition and check used a native account on EAS. If you log in with the account active directory - the partition is under the name of SERVER only.

• All of a sudden I can't open attachments to emails. I get a message that the 'security settings' do not allow. Where are these settings and who put?

  I use TWC (Time Warner Cable) as my server e-mail and Firefox as my browser. I went to my emails and has attempted to open an attachment and got an error message stating "security settings prevent the download file. Well, I contacted TWC, Norton and my PC settings. It seems that Firefox is the problem! If I use another browser ie: Google and go to my email account, I have no problem. I remember recently that Firefox did a download of updates and this may be the cause of the problem.

  Well - I found the answer to my own question.

  It seems - so that you cannot use a password to connect to your computer, that when you want to deal with the security settings, the computer expects that you must have a password. In other words: you can not have a password.

  I solved my problem by creating a password, then use it, and I was able to access the security settings and do what I had to.
