Size PayPal buttons...

Whenever I place a PayPal button, it has an empty space at the bottom that I can't get rid of. In Muse, the button defaults 107px X 47px, but at the premiere and inspected in the browser, it says that the image is 107px X 27px. So, how can I get rid of the empty space?

The drop-down menu which you are referring, is that no matter what method of payment, you have created on the page, and then using paypal with menu options drop-down?

I don't think that we can change the space between the drop-down list and button through paypal settings, but yes BC supports paypal, also you can use mode drop-down menu for payment in British Colombia options or payment.

Standard PayPal, Payflow etc are all supported in British Colombia.

    I sell t-shirts and I need to have a paypal button which has options for sizes. Can someone tell me how to do this? Thanks in advance.

    You can use the Paypal widget that comes with the Muse in your library of Widgets in social media or if you have the embed code for Paypal, you can use the object--> to insert the HTML code and then paste the code in there.

  • PayPal buttons no longer work after the upgrade to Windows 10

    I have recently upgraded to Windows 10, but have always set my default browser on Firefox 39.0. Since then, I discovered some really weird things happening.

    It is more disturbing with PayPal buttons. I kept a few Web sites and, even though I made no changes to the PayPal coding, the button does not appear on pages when I view it in Firefox. I can see them in Chrome or MS Edge very well.

    Here is a page of one of the sites in question. : http://projectsister.org/ : this is a site created in WordPress. On the right sidebar, it would take a "Donate" button However, when I view it in Firefox, I see the slogan of PayPal ("PayPal - the safer, easier way to pay online how!")

    Here is another example of a site that was created using Dreamweaver. : http://www.villagekitchenshoppe.com/take_a_break_class.html

    So, as you can see, both of these sites have the same problem and they are not even related.

    Does anyone have this seen yet? Is there a solution I don't know? Any suggestions would be very helpful.

    Thank you!

    Firefox can display the "Alt" text for an image if the image does not load. The alternative text for the Paypal buttons orange is indeed "PayPal - the safer, easier way to pay online how! But why not load these buttons.

    What happens if you try to access it directly? Right click > view Image, or you can try these links:

    https://www.paypalobjects.com/en_US/i/BTN/btn_donateCC_LG.gif

    https://www.paypalobjects.com/en_US/i/BTN/btn_buynow_LG.gif

    (Note: mine include the language code en_US, which probably varies from one country to the other.)

    Many users Windows 10 have been posted on the problems to access secure sites (HTTPS, addresses). If you get errors certificate, they are on most of the HTTPS sites or just a few?

    Many HTTPS sites problems can be caused by Firefox is not completely set up to work with your security software. Are you not using Avast, ESET, Kaspersky, BitDefender or another program that intercepts your navigation for filtering?

    Problems on a smaller number of sites could be caused by other factors, individual on the site or resulting from content filtering (for example, parental controls).

  • The PayPal button code

    Hello

    I have Paypal code which allows me to sell 3 books, listed in a menu, for the s . price of the soul, $ 17

    I need to add another book which costs $22.

    Please, can someone help me with the code?

    Thank you

    Alida

    If the block of code for the paypal button is basically unreadable, then it is encrypted and you must create the button in your PayPal account. If you go to the account, you will see that it is all fairly intuitive. Then copy / paste the code that PayPal generates in your web page in code view.

    If the button code is readable, you can create a new button just by changing the obvious, such as values

    for the quantity.

    ... or, you can also create a non encrypted PayPal button, just like an encrypted button and paste the code into your page (in mode code of course).

  • Adding PayPal button for slide show

    Hello world!

    I did a simple Web site for my wife, who is an artist. I made pages represent the portfolio pages, so that each page is a different selection of images and I used the miniature slideshow widget to make pages with. So far so good.

    Now, however, we want to add the ability for viewers to buy photos out of the site. I tried dragging a Pay - pal button off the coast of the 'Social' in the library of Widgets section and it works, except that it does not change its details when another image is selected. In other words, I put in place for the image one, but when I click on the thumbnail of the image two, the Pay - pal button does not change to reflect the details of the new image. Does anyone know if it is possible to do?

    I tried to 'Place' button in the text of captions, but I can't do it, it doesn't seem to work, he seems to expect a picture only.

    Please can someone tell if its possible to do - if so, how?

    Thank you very much,.

    Brian

    Hi Brian,.

    If you want to place an individual Paypal Button for each image then I suggest you use the ToolTip for the same Composition. You would need it behaves like a slideshow in the customization options.

    You can place an individual Paypal Button in each target with the picture and you can convert triggers to thumbnails by changing its properties.

    Kind regards.

  • How can I add a PayPal button to a page on my site?

    My client has a PayPal account and they would like me to add a button that allows visitors to click on the button and submit donations.

    Is this something that is supported by Muse?

    Yes - you can add a PayPal button using arbitrary HTML.

    1. Create the Muse donation page. If you wish, you can also create a second confirmation page, who thanked the visitors for their gift, once it is submitted.
    2. Publish two pages.
    3. Sign in to your PayPal account on their Web site. Their system allows to generate the payment of donations button.
    4. Copy the source code for the button.
    5. Return to the Muse and to object > insert HTML code, paste the code into the HTML Code and click OK.
    6. Place block HTML where you want the button to appear on the page.
    7. Publish the page again and click the button to verify that the button works as expected. He must jump from the Muse donation page on PayPal page where the visitor can enter their gift in your customer account.

    You can style the PayPal page to look more like the design of your site, which creates a more uniform appearance. If you wish, you can also configure the PayPal payment page to redirect the confirmation/thank you you created in the step 1 page after the processing of the transaction.

  • CS4 Mac: insertion of PayPal buttons?

    Hello.  I have a Mac user who needs to be able to create specific PayPal buttons for new events and update a web page with the new button, as the event is approaching.  Is this possible in Contribute CS4 Mac?  The user creates the PayPal button and cut-and-paste the code, or do it in CS4?  I've seen references to a WebAssist.com Toolbox, but it seems that the Toolbox requires Dreamweaver, that the user does not.

    The user has currently Contribute 3 on Snow Leopard and it crashes, so I need to improve it soon.

    Thank you

    David

    Yes, you need not to WebAssist.

    Contribute uses the PayPal buttons which are created by WebAssist. In my view, this has been integrated with Contribute. Therefore, Contribute help may refer to WebAssist.

    But still, I don't understand how to do the following...

  • How to remove the option paypal button border?

    OK, I have a button "Add to cart" paypal who has "options" pull down to select the colors.

    I have this button inside a table, and the button uses the tag table also for the part options it looks.

    Well the button takes on the original paintings of CSS styles and options create a border around paypal.

    I tried to make the Classes and different rules, etc.. I don't know what I'm doing wrong, but I cannot remove that border the paypal radio button.

    Here is the HTML code for the button inside the table:

    " < td > < div class ="center"> < form action =" https://www.PayPal.com/cgi-bin/webscr "method ="post"> "

    < input type = "hidden" name = "cmd" value = "_s-xclick" >

    < input type = "hidden" name = "hosted_button_id" value = "ABMN7P2JKL" >

    < table >

    < tr > < td > < input type = "hidden" name = "on0" value = "choose color" > color < table > < /tr > < tr > < td > < select name = "os0" >

    < option value = "Black" > Black < / option >

    < option value = "Red" > red < / option >

    < / select > < table > < /tr >

    < /table >

    < input type = "image" src = "assets/add_to_cart.png" border = "0" name = "submit" alt = "PayPal - the safer, easier way to pay online how!" >

    < img alt = "" border = "0" src =" " https://www.paypalobjects.com/en_US/i/SCR/pixel.gif "width ="1"height ="1"> "

    < / make >

    < / div >

    Here is the CSS for the table:

    .table {}

    border: 1px solid black;

    table width: 100%;

    }

    .table th {}

    border: 1px solid black;

    table width: 100%;

    }

    .table td {}

    border: 1px solid black;

    table width: 100%;

    }

    Class = you just showed me how to do, it is really long, but works.

    What I showed you does not necessarily create "class". This is a selection of compounds which is a combination of all classes & ID that lead to the chosen tag you want to write a rule for. It is long, because is is a "compound" selector that is based on your selection. DW nests each tag leading to the tag chosen is "very specific" at that particularin this particular

    in this particular
    anotheranother
    . It is a targeted selection only for use of an item on your Web page.

    No, you cannot get shorter. Unless you nest your content in multiple div and assign them to its own class / ID. Or, you can always write javascript to make it work that way - but it would be more complex to do and needs a bit of understanding of JS.

    Among these four what path would you choose and why?

    It really depends. ! important is fine. It replaces other rules of style for the object and makes the rule associated with a 'priority' which means as Jon said earlier, if you have more than 1 rule for the same item! important on the 3rd rule ignores all previous rules for this specific tag for this element. Keep in mind if your CSS said border: 0! important;, only the defined border properties previous rules are ignored. Other properties that you may have created the terms above will remain intact.

    Inline style - certainly not. I won't use it.

    ID - I assume that you are yourself confusion here. #tableau vs .table - is exactly the same. But, as a rule, the target ID unique use by page - for example, are best recommended for nav sections & footer, header, etc... Classes can be used more than 1 time per page. It is, according to the "web standard" so to speak. But most browsers will show your content very well, even if you have the same ID used on a page more than once.

    Another primary use for ID is when you write a jQuery or Javascript code, you can target your credentials in your document very precisely.

    Trust that this assistance.
