  I upgraded 7.2 today on Windows 7 and now Skype crashes when I open it. I tried reseting all files in %AppData%, and delete the temp folder. No luck.

  Before this update Skype used to plant often when I tried to answer or make calls, but after the restart he worked usually 6 or 7. Now it is completely broken.

• 7.1 Skype crashes when starting

  Hello;

  I am looking for several solutions, none of them workes. Of Unistalling and reinstalling, the deletion of folder %appdata%\microsoft\windows\sendto blah blah blah.

  As soon as I open the Skype it gives just an error saying that it has stopped working, then it says that windows notify me when windows finds the solution (it will never happen). I use win8.1. A road that passes just know.

  Open the Windows event-> custom views-> administrative events Viewer. Look for error messages recent with timestamp corresponding to Skype crash. Copy and paste here the text on the general tab.

  For the last 6 months, Skype crashes before I was even able to connect. My details: Mac OSX 10.7.5. The processor is at 2.8 GHz with 8 GB of memory.

  I followed all the instructions and Skype several times completely uninstalled and reinstalled, but in vain. I also checked my apps to see if I have one of the programs listed that interact negatively with Skype, but I did not.

  I'm having a problem where my Skype crashes randomly on my computer at work.

  This is what makes it very frustrating to use. My guess is it's a video driver problem but I downloaded a new driver for it already.

  I have a problem, when using Skype and call Skype crashing or Yuri.

  I surfed on this forum and don't try anything I can, no chance.

  So I reinstalled Skype

  Remove database db Skype... something.

  Updated all my drivers, graphics card, motherboard and so on.

  I did a DxDiag file and also looked in the event viewer.

  I have Windows 7 as operating system.
