  The contacts must exist in the address book that you create the mailing list.
  After that make sure that the directory pane is turned on and displays it in the address book window. If it does not, the menu bar, select pane display-in page-directory
  Click on the address book and contacts are displayed in the main window
  You should see the list of mail as address book subfolder. If this is not the case, click on the small pointer next to the book to expand the view.
  Now find and select the contact to the mail list and then drag and drop them on the back of the mailing list to add them to the list.

  I suggest to set the default microphone and check if it helps.

  Follow the steps to set up the microphone as default:

  a. click Start, type sound in the search and open sound in Control Panel.

  The Inbox of my mail from Comcast in Windows Live Mail indicates that a message in the message list, but if I click with the right button on the Inbox folder and click Properties it says that I have 24 messages. I know that messages are there but hidden because if I delete the message that is displayed in the message list that which is hidden will appear.

  Can someone tell me how to download a list of contacts in a shared list?

  You can create segments and add these list shared in segments. If you want to download contacts from excel and save it in on list to shared, you can do this by using wizard and it gives you an option to save your contacts to an existing shared list.

  Is it possible to create a group of contact from an attendance list, if so how?

  (1) open your distribution list

  2) click Actions on the top right

  (3) click on everyone included - a popup will open

  4) click activities in the top navigation.

  (5) choose Add of Contacts to the Contact Group

  The rest I'm sure you know.

  This will add all members of part of distribution list the less exclusions. If you add these establishments, the same as above except in step 3 choose all members excluded.

• Skype, showing all the bad/zones for contacts

  I use Skype on a new laptop computer. It is freshly downloaded.

  All time / time zones are bad for my contacts. When I see their time, it's a mistake, but on their computer, the time is displayed correctly. ALSO - it is not an internal problem with their Skype settings; they have all time settings correct on both their computers and their profiles of Skype.

  Skype has just decided to synchronize my Skype contacts with my Outlook contacts, resulting in a gigantic mess. I would like to keep these two separate worlds, although there may be few people on both lists. Reason is that I consider my Outlook Contacts more private - only people close belongs there.
