SLES: How to specify groups RPM ala kickstart?

After you download an ISO of 11 SLES VMware Studio 2.1, I tried to figure out how to add RPM packages using the tab computers virtual/Application. It is quite easy to add RPMs, but I can't understand how to specify a 'group' of the RPM. In kickstart "jargon", as you can specify it in a KS.cfg file, it would be something like:

@ Server

If this line would specify to load all plans in the group "Server."

Is it possible to do in VMware Studio 2.1 for base SLES11 ISOs?

Thank you, CJ

Elements of the Group of the package have not been exposed in the Studio user interface, but you can manually edit your profile to build and add interest groups. Edit your profile in/opt/vmware/var/lib/build/profiles, search for the section below and add the desired vadk:PackageGroup (s):

  • How to synchronize groups of tabs between computers?

Hello, maybe someone can finally find a solution to my problem...

I already use FIrefox Sync option, and I love how it works. I like how it saves my bookmarks, passwords, history, etc., and it is easily accessible from my laptop.

There is one problem that I have, that is how to synchronize groups of tabs between computers? I already know I can click "Tabs from other devices", but it will be either open them individually or you can select more than one, but in any case I see my tabs in groups. I have so many tabs and I have six groups.

I tried to use other applications like Manager Session, tab Cloud, Session box, and they all do the same thing. They are great to save your tabs, but none of them save in groups. When I try to open all the links will open in a group.

Does anyone know how to perfectly synchronize groups of tabs between computers? Thanks in advance.

Hi vegsire, creating folders in bookmarks tab also is a good approach because it is much less fragile than tab groups in the session history data.

    Hello.

I think the element of config.xml standard tag would be the rim: category, as in the example of documentation:

but it seems not be supported yet for BB10. You can ask a question to the github repo, I think that the BB10 Packer must be at the right place.

  • How to specify an Apple Web Clip icon for a muse site

I'm really looking forward to have an icon of my Muse site web clip, so that a link from Favorites Safari displays an icon dedicated, and therefore add my Web page to a home screen iOS.

I found a paper developer Apple detailing how to specify an image. I created the image, but am not sure how (if possible) to Add this code to the Muse and so do Safari knowing that my site has a picture of web clip.

Here is the link to the instructions from Apple: <Configuration of Web Applications>

Can someone help me to follow?

To follow this guide, you would need dw in order to access the root document... Muse will put all assets in the folder liabilities by default if you have only Muse so this is where your file "apple-touch - icon.png" will end.

I does not have an Apple for the test, but can't see a real problem with just point to the new location of the file in your link?

and you still change the 'custom_icon.png' to all what is called your icon...

PS, I'll try to put the code of the link in a slot of megadata master page first for speed if you do what he on everypage.

  • How to install an rpm with tdnf?

I want an influxdb of installation in a container.  Web project page says that RedHat and CentOS users can install by downloading and installing the rpm like this:

    # 64-bit system install instructions
    wget http://influxdb.s3.amazonaws.com/influxdb-0.9.3-1.x86_64.rpm
    sudo yum localinstall influxdb-0.9.3-1.x86_64.rpm

I'm smart, so after you download the file, I try this place:

    root [~] # tdnf install influxdb - 0.9.3 - 1.x86_64.rpm

    Error (905): nothing to do

    root [~] # tdnf info influxdb - 0.9.3 - 1.x86_64.rpm

Error (1011): no matching packages to the list

So, how to install an rpm with tdnf?

Creating a file of .service turned out to be exaggerated.  After growth briefly in a huge mess, my final Dockerfile looks like this:

    Vmware/PHOTON

    MANAGER [email protected]

    ADD http://influxdb.s3.amazonaws.com/influxdb-0.9.3-1.x86_64.rpm my.rpm

    RPM - install my.rpm - noscripts

    RUN the ln-s /opt/influxdb/versions/0.9.3/influx/usr/local/bin. /

    EXPOSE THE 8086

    CMD ["" / opt/influxdb/versions/0.9.3/influxd ""]

The "ln" seemed easier to add my WAY installation directory and allows me to launch the administrative CLI via exec docker.  There are still some adjustments to make, such as the implementation of a VOLUME to hold the database, but it seems to work well for me.

I'm relatively new to Lightroom.  Am a photographer of football.  I used standard PhotoShop 10 years.  With it, using the navigation bar, I could easily specify an exact cropped to the image size (for example, 5 x 7 ", 8 x 10") AND resolution (for example, 300 dpi).  I know how to crop in Lightroom, but not in a specific size and know not how to specify my desired resolution.  Thanks for any help!  JG

    Hi Johng,

Lightroom allows you to crop according to the aspect ratio, but not of a specific size.

  • How to copy groups of fields when you change a form?

    Hello world

I m put up a form using Acrobat X Pro. When I copy paste fields, they find themselves in the same group of fields. Could someone tell me how to copy groups?

In my case, I would copy the options of response to a question, using them as options in response to the following question.

    Any idea?

    Thank you very much!!

    Andy

You must rename them after pasting.

The fields with the same name are part of the same group and will have the

    same value.

How to specify the color for LR space?

LR only uses the ProPhoto RGB color space. You cannot specify any other

color space (work). When you export pictures, you can specify a

different color space to convert. Or if you use an external editor.

You can choose what color space to send to the external editor.

You can specify an attribute of the TRICK:

    */

    public string function myFunc (string name = "default") {}

We can't specify a displayname property or other metadata for the good arguments.

  • How to specify the instance in SQL * more command line?

    Hello

I'm learning to Oracle. I currently have 2 instances of database running. I wanted to connect to one of the bodies and used the following command from the command line:
    sqlplus system as sysdba/abc123@ocp11gsid

where 1234 is the password for the system user in the ocp11gsys instance.
When I run the command above, SQL * more ask me the password. I do not understand why he asks me the password because I provided on the command line.

What is the correct command line, so he asks me the password? (without defining the variable ORACLE_SID of environment - basically, I want to know how to specify the user, his password and sid, all in the sqlplus command line, without being prompted to enter the password that I mentioned.)

    Thank you for your help,

    John.

    John,

    This is how it works.

    Spot the difference?

The user name and password must unite. What you are to provide the password with the role where it will not be considered.

    Update
    I missed that part,

What is the correct command line, so he asks me the password? (without defining the variable ORACLE_SID of environment - basically, I want to know how to specify the user, his password and sid, all in the sqlplus command line, without being prompted to enter the password that I mentioned.)

The only thing that you can specify is the user name and password. The SID must be defined by you, either explicitly using the export or oraenv command if you are on the local system and do not use the TNS to connect to the instance. If you use the TNS, then an appropriate entry should be there which would connect to the required database.

As orafad noted, you can use the documentation using ESCALATION clause, i.e.

    SQL> ed
    Wrote file afiedt.buf

      1 CREATE TABLE GPS
2 ("ID" NUMBER(10,0) NOT NULL ENABLE,

  • How to specify a document approver

    Hi all

Here is my requirement, while downloading a document via contributor Oracle Webcenter spaces document archiving, can I mention approver or reviewer for this document?

I know that we can specify the approver/examiner at the folder level. I want to know how to do this for a document.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

    Thank you!

Ok no problem. Note that my example is simplified - you may need to modify to your needs.

Imagine that I have a system with two metadata custom, xSelectedWorkflow, and xFirstStepApprovers fields. A user will check in a piece of content with metadata values.

    (a) workflow criteria have a mandatory parameter, the security group. For simplicity, I will work with only the content 'Public '.

    (b) now, you want each item 'Public' is found in the course of the work according to the xSelectedWorkflow (incorrect or empty value starts all workflow)

To do this, you will need to a "workflow" generic criteria for security group 'Public' and no other criteria. This workflow will be just a step in which the xSelectedWorkflow is valued (in case of entry) and immediately jump to the specific/subworkflow workflow is performed.

Then you will have x subworkflows for individual workflow logic. These workflows will actually make the route once they are called by the generic workflow.

(Otherwise, you might have only x workflows with security group 'Public' and the criteria xSelectedWorkflow the value = "text")

    (c) now, imagine that each level of the subworkflows, you want to set evaluators according to the xFirstStepApprovers

You will need chips to do. You will define the examiners via the token. In the token, you will use idocscript to analyze the value of xFirstStepApprovers and Add (using the AddUser service as in the examples idocscript) reviewers as needed.
