Small Business Vista - 64 Bit, when restarted, shows BSOD, takes 30 minutes to connect you to show.

I wonder if I can get advice on that. It is about a recent appearance, these last few months.

In general, I re - start my pc once a week. When I do, it hangs and displays 'Shutting Down' and runs for about 30 minutes.  Then the Blue Screen of Death is displayed for a short period of time and the system then re-boots and shows the log on screen.

I have install the following software:

  • Norton Antivirus 2010
  • Installation of SQL Server 2008 Developer Edition-Full
  • F5 Customer Software(for work)
  • Software(for work) Client Citrix
  • FireFox
  • Software such as MicroSoft Works

Here is a copy of the message that appears once the re-start is successful and displays that message indicates that Windows has recovered from an unexpected error:

Hello

Take it one step at a time makes it easier.

Try this shortened form.

1. make the audit using MSCONFIG as above to see what is happening and report. (Don't forget to)
The change in msconfig back.)

2. run SFC and CheckDisk as above to erase corruption.

3. update your major drivers.

Those who only could clarify the issue.
