The computer shows nothing and the device does not appear in Device Manager or my computer as it did the first time.   Nevermind, apparently, you need to do to reset once changed the settings in MSC mode on the player. It works fine now!

  Go to view - Options - smartview tab tab. In the State of the cell, select the data rather than managing the process.
