  I've been a BB user for 2 days from receipt of my phone Friday.My phone came with BlackBerry Desktop 4.5 and I initially installed this version. Yesterday, being a surfer I checked for updated software and found there was a 4.7 version, I downloaded, installed in my office and then connected my phone. It seems to have upgraded without problem, but now I have a problem with mail and it's bugging me.

  I have several accounts set up on the phone, each of which has an individual icon, but I get is no longer the * for the notification on these only in the 'Messages' folder, which by the way, I find extremely annoying icon. (Probably just me).

  Why I don't get notification * on each account? Is this a known issue? I don't see anything else posted here. Maybe play with the new phone that I turned it off?

  Hi, quick question.

  I just went to a Telus authorized dealer to get a wall charger so I can have a second charger for my Curve 9360. When I got home, I noticed that the little written on the packaging says that it is for the storm 9530.

  The connection is part of my phone, but they put the sticker "guaranteed no if removed" during the section of the magazine that says what is the output of the charger. Does anyone know if the 9530 charger is compatible with the 9360?

  OS5 is the operating system more recent that the 8520 will work - it doesn't have the hardware to run OS6 and OS7.

The battery is covered by a sticky label and the hologram is not authentic.   Hello, just bought a 8900, after a new Reset SIM. Everything worked for about a week, now I can't receive calls. If I call my phone, I get the music while waiting for someone to answer, but the BB don't gives no indication that a call comes, no ring, no screen change, etc.. I drilled down in all profiles and checked for what is obvious. Even taken by an ATT store where they pulled the battery and reinstall the SIM card, but no change. Someone at - it suggestions? The last thing I did before that I noticed this problem is to download a ringtone via my browser and set it so that's what someone means when they call me (before i pickup.) When I call my phone, I get the Lady saying that I can listen to music while I wait for someone to answer. I can hear it even ring through the other phone between a break in music...
