  If you have a folder of images by default, Dreamweaver should automatically copy the image out there without asking. It's only when you do not have a folder of default images you get the prompt.

  If I understand correctly what you want to do, probably the best way to do is export, using the WAB (work area bar). You can set it for JUST the pictures you want, and then export to DV - AVI, or just what works best for your specific property. This will create a new file just AV section you set the WAB.

  I had a similar problem, upgrading a new 10g Express install last week. The apsldiimg.sql script has seemed to work without error but the new images were not visible. After a reboot try to rerun the apsldiimg.sql (it worked for me).
