  In fact for one of the banks, Firefox not even let me substitute. Capital One, Wells Fargo, USAA Insurance... I am sure that their certificates are all in the right order... and that they expire the same day.

  I found the problem:
  FireFox itself upgrade 35 around the same time that I updated my Kaspersky Internet Security. Two new applications are not compatible.
  If I had just the new KIS or if I was just the new Firefox, there is no problem.
  There is a workaround solution that works very well, and I posted it in the forum of users of Kaspersky. (Is to add a "fake" certificate of Kaspersky Kaspersky supplies you.)

  I have a flash 8, as Web 2.0 site that loads SWFs into a clip of content. Everything works well except for my photo gallery. The swf file does not completely load on the first click.   You can use this button to go to the Firefox profile folder:

  • Help > troubleshooting information > profile directory: opens showing the file

  It is not usually necessary to create an exception for the certificates.
  
  Possible causes are that a server does not send the full (intermediate) certificate chain or self signed certificates.

  Well - here I answer to my own problem in case someone else has the same problem.  The second disk files recovery finally finished loading after 20 hours of waiting!  I spoke to two different technicians to support HP on the phone and neither one of them told me that it could take a long time to load the files!  One of them had me arrested and again after about 40 minutes of waiting.  I found it totally by accident after having frustrated and leaving it just stay there all night. Amazing!  The rest of the restore procedure went well after that - I think.  I'm always load all other software, files and updates, 2 days later.  The hard drive on this dog only lasted a year.

  I suggest to try the safe mode and see if you can install it in safe mode or if there is a conflict.

  Start the program in safe mode

  1. reboot your computer and start pressing F8 on your keyboard. On a computer that is configured to start to multiple operating systems, you can press the F8 key when you see the boot menu.

  2. when the Windows Advanced Options menu appears, select Safe Mode, and then press ENTER.

  3 log on to Windows by using the administrator account or any account of a user with administrator privileges.

  Note: In Safe Mode, your display system and the Bureau will look and perform differently than in Normal Mode. This is only temporary. To return the system to Normal mode, we can simply restart the computer.

  To determine if the problem that occurs with the program is caused by another program that is running in the background, we recommend that you restart the computer in safe mode and then test the program. If the program runs correctly in safe mode, but does not properly run in normal mode, it probably is another program that is conflicting with the program in question.

  To determine which program is causing a conflict with the program in question, we recommend that you perform a "clean boot" of the computer. A clean boot is designed to disable programs and services in the background as much as possible. This helps determine which service or program can be the cause of the problem.

  Since the last update, I've done this week, I can publish is the catalyst for business. I didn't have any problems before the update. Here is general information, assuming that it might be relevant.

  Business Catalyst: is the customer information, since it is their Web site

  When I try to publish to Muse on Business Catalyst, this is what I get. It acts as if it is a new site and then there is a message at the bottom topic are not currently associated with this user.

  

  When I check my preferences my client account is still listed as the account to publish too.

  

  Any help would be appreciated, because since the update, it is also completely destroyed the formatting of the Web site and I had to go and fix everything with some of the Muse themes don't work properly now a lot and had to fix those. So, the site doesn't work until I can get it updated with patches.

  Hello jimb01, yes norton supports only the stable versions of firefox and Firefox 29 you are using the beta version of the browser. You can download the normal version of firefox 28 of https://www.mozilla.org/firefox/channel/#firefox and install it on top of your current installation...

• My new sites pinned tab only display full-screen mode. What happened only since the update of Firefox.

  I have my best sites 'pinned' to the new tab. Since the update of Firefox do show that the first four sites (top line) and I can't drag/release those missing bookmarks.

  I have just discovered that the sites are still there but only appear when I select the mode "full screen".

  Is there a way I can restore the page to show two lines of pinned sites without being full screen mode please?

  It seems that there is a regression with 39 Firefox on the new tab page. A bug report has been filed on 4 and the triage team responded.

  I saw the same thing with the difference in mode full-screen during the test of this "change"; the 'missing' line appear in full-screen - but with the resolution of my screen, I could see two rows of tiles, the 3rd rank was not missing mode full screen.

• Adobe Reader will not save a doc, since the update of the anniversary of Win10.

  The problem has been resolved by uninstalling the CD player and reinstall as suggested by Ms Community.

  I don't know if the suggestions of Shivam or Scottie1104 would have solved the problem, doesn't have the chance to try them.
