• OfficeJet 7310: Officejet 7300 series software will not install on new pc Win 7

  My Officejet 7310 networked HP software will not install on my new Dell Precision Tower 3620 running Windows 7 64 bit.

  * When you run the Setup program, two errors that have occurred having to do with the system who don't not USB capacity or equipment. (There are about 8 USB ports that work, some USB 3.0, any other USB 2.0).

  * If I'm running the original printer installation disc, it downloads the new software and I find myself in the same dead end.

  Sitting next to this machine is my (dying) old workstation Dell Precision 390 with Win 7 and operate the HP and related applications very well Solution Center with the same network printer. (The two machines work protection antivirus Malwarebytes'.)

  Locate the most recent installation folder, which begins with 7z (e.g. 7z1234s)

  Open the installation folder.

  Rename the file named usbready.exe in usbready1.exe

  Back a levell and run the Setup.exe file.

I wasn't sure what it was, but I did research some information about drvier... or windows hardware and device driver has informed me that it detects what device(certain hardware) I have on my computer to install the update. (I don't know if it's true) anyway, since then, when I start my computer, the 'new hardware found' window. After investigating on I found it cause the ALL-IN-WONDER RADEON 7500 (I don't think I know what it is). There was my this info in my device (6 times) Manager: its an unknown device located in the ALL - IN - WONDER RADEON 7500 and it states that "the drivers for this device are not installed. (Code 28) "what is it and how to fix it." I don't know if I'm to disable or uninstall. As I said, these updates I got Windows update manager and I'm guessing that it was not successful.

  If you want Office 2007 updates to appear in the installed updates again, you would need to uninstall/reinstall Office 2007 and install all the updates again.

  Assuming that Office 2007 is installed & working properly and no update is offered when you run a manual check for updates now, you might want to leave enough alone (that is, do nothing) - then see if the 2 updates for Office 2007 SP3 be released next Tuesday (a) receive, (b) successfully install and (c) are listed in the installed updates later.

  PS: The possible causes of the problem are messing with registry cleaners, messing around with the Software Distribution folder, and the fact that it was a computer refurbished when you bought it.
