Some weekly reports showing 0 visits

Hello

Some of my clients receive weekly reports showing 0 visits. I ran a report on one of them and it was incorrect information. Everyone knows this?

I'm also having a problem with Live Chat cutting - Message - check your internet connection! I have no problem with the internet connection.

We have a known problem with weekly reports and engineering working on it. This should be corrected in the coming days.

regarding Live Chat disconnects, have you tried another browser. We have not all reports like this.

    This happens usually when the import process was not completed. If you have the original camera card - or a copy of the computer of the map - you can probably use the re-import command (on the file menu) to fix things. In addition, it is possible that the original media is imported, but this transcoding was not. If you have chosen to optimise upon import, try to select clips in the browser and transcoding to optimized.

    I use 14.04.1 ubuntu lts. my version of firefox is 35.0.1 and what update it says that it is the last available.
    I fear that the health report shows activity on 13 February, when my computer is on 12 February at 20:00.
    is it posible that someone has control over my internet conection and the person is 5 hours of my time zone?
    or y at - it an explanation for this behavior of the report health firefox?

    I am downloading and the image of my screen where it shows my time in the top right of the screen and report on health with two events on Feb. 13.

    All computers use UTC (Coordinated Universal Time) internally, Greenwich time average aka, alias ZULU, as is called the US Navy. http://en.Wikipedia.org/wiki/UTC
    Then the operating system subtracts the UTC offset as indicated in the user settings to the "local time". This shift from 5 hours to the hour UTC indicates the time Zone Eastern North Americam.

    When you get a weekly report with an attachment, you are able to view the report? Or when you open the report you get message saying there is no activity?

    Which version of Windows the operating system you are using?

    I suggest you follow the methods and check them off below if it helps.

    Method 1: Run the troubleshooter family security and check if that helps.

    Method 2:

    First, update the Family Safety to the latest version, after you have installed the latest version, please follow these steps to ensure that parental control is configured.

    1. connect to http://familysafety.microsoft.com using the parent account.

    2. click on Manage list of the members of the family.

    3. Select the child's account and then click Remove. Click delete to confirm.

    4. open the client of parental controls on your computer.

    5. on the upper right side of the parental control window, click the icon to get the latest settings from the Web site .

    6. after a few seconds, it displays a dialog box saying that there is no accounts on your computer. Click set up the Family Safety. If the dialog box has not shown, just, close the client and reopen it.

    7. connect again to Family Safety using the parent account.

    8. follow the on-screen instructions to set up parental controls.

    9. return to the Family Safety website. Activate the activity tracking and change other settings according to your preference.

    10. open again the parental control client, and then click the icon to get the latest settings from the Web site on more time.

    Change that view and go to 'Time settings', you will see that it is probably set to 1 minute. Change to the length you want for your report. In my environment, I use "45 days" as an example. After registration, rerun the report, and you should be good.

    I wrote a query to get a weekly report, which is expected to start a week from Sunday to Saturday typical. for example, the week is 03/04/2011 to 04/09/2011 I run the query or the task on Word to say about any of the week of 10/04/2011, 04.11.2011 etc... Here's my query, but it seems to work of the sysdate to-7 days that does not receive the Sunday to Sam requirement... someone can you please...

    Is it possible to link two e-mail accounts on weekly activity? I gave my old computer to my sister for her children and I am their reports, which is fine but also want their mother to get a report as well. Are also nephew use it every once in a while so I would like to see the reports on its behalf.

    This is not immediately (great thing to put in a feature request), but a simple solution is to set up a rule in your email to automatically forward your emails to your sister.

    How to do this depends on your e-mail, but for example on Outlook.com service (Hotmail/Live too) right click and choose "Create rule" and then simply confirm you want the automatic transfer of mail from this sender in particular (sender of the family activity) sister.

    I've heard some people even send it to their children so that children know what is observed :)

  • Some flash videos show not except as an administrator

    Flash to work properly. Now, some flash videos work very well and some don't appear at all. If I go to login admin or IE running as an administrator, then it works on all sites.

    Details:

    Win7 32 bit IE8 all up-to-date, current flash (done a uninstall and download a new copy).

    Used to work correctly on logon 'A' (not administrator). I don't know if it started due to lack of right with a few changes. Only change I made recently is to install Office 2010 (2007 was installed before). Videos that do not only see as an empty box and an icon of the space booked as a missing graphic. He doesn't even know what a missing flash element. About half the videos very well work and the other half are missing. If I right click on it, it's like contextual right click on empty space, just defalt, menu, no menu flash. If I start as an admin or run IE8 as administrator then all flash videos appear fine. Type of defeats Win7 improving generally running as non-admin. widows firewall has the default value for a working network. Authorized programs list does not show IE8 or Flash, so they are not explicitly blocked or allowed. Default Internet security settings. Any third party other than AVG free just security to make local virus of surveillance. I don't want to run IE8 in admin mode all the time. Why is - this has changed and how to fix it?

    In fact, I found a solution to this shortly after I posted.  The first symptom, what we saw was that png files are not correctly displayed in IE7.  For example, google on google.com image is a png and he would simply have an image place holder.  Upgrade to IE8 fixed this problem, and only after IE8 that we noticed the program Flash.  Anyway, long story short, start Microsoft FixIt 50198 - security for Windows/IE7/IE8 Editor
